  Grab something delicious and join us at the new Malama Maunalua Community House inside Whole Foods Market for the first of a new community talk story series. Presentations are designed to connect the community with current information about water quality, the near shore reefs of Maunalua, volunteer and community based programs, etc. Topics will vary so drop in or attend regularly to learn what's new or how you can get more involved. Attendees are invited to suggest topics.

  Join us at Whole Foods Market for a special tour focused on how to shop for more nutritional value in your foods. Healthy eating can be delicious! This month we are focusing on Great Grains: buying & cooking grains and Superfoods: quinoa, kale, pomegranate, blueberries, spinach, etc.  Deb Christensen, Health Counselor of "Find your Healthy" will be sharing her knowledge and healthy recipes.  Sign up today at our Customer Service Desk as tour size is limited.
