  SUMMER HEALTHY TOUR

  Join us for a free Summer Healthy Food Shopping Tour and learn how to incorporate new healthy and delicious foods into your summertime daily nutrition.  We'll take you step by step through Whole Foods Market La Jolla!  Discover exciting new seasonal produce, grains, legumes, spices, fun snacks, food samples and more!  Spice up your meal planning and make for an enjoyable shopping experience!

  PICKY PRESCHOOLERS

  10 am FREE

  Preschoolers will learn that eating organic and healthy food is tasty and fun!  Our Picky Preschoolers Cooking Class will involve a favorite children's book and craft followed by an interactive demonstration!  Your child will make a delicious treat and then - eat it!  Your three to five year old will enjoy this experience of a lifetime!  Sign up for our next class at 10 on Saturday July 11^th - exclusively at Whole Foods Market La Jolla!
