• 1st & Last Saturday of each Month

  Value Tour - "Eating Healthy on a Budget"

  1pm Free

  Take a tour of the market that focuses on our amazing deals throughout the store. We'll feature our Whole Foods Market 365 Everyday Value, our in-store brand that offers value and selection 365 days a year! Each guest will receive a goodie bag that will include a free reusable bag. Come join us as we lead you through the store showing you great values and recipes from our Whole Deal magazine, sharing insider tips on how to get the best deals, and offering samples of the incredible values you'll find only at Whole Foods Market. To reserve your spot please e-mail Charlotte.Hall@wholefoods.com.

  Music at the Market & Grilling Time!

  Sat (11am-2pm) & Sun. (12:30-3pm) Hot Dogs $2 & Burgers $5

  Every Saturday is a celebration of food and music in our store! It's fresh and fabulous, it's SATURDAY AND SUNDAY Grilling & Sampling Time at our store from 11am-2pm on Saturday & 12:30-3pm on Sunday! Join us for some truly great tasting food.  We've got a master griller on duty who makes the tastiest hamburgers & hot dogs!   Hamburgers $5 and Hot Dogs $2.  Bring the Family for lunch! We feature musicians from the area, and great food demonstrations in our departments.

  Holiday Cheese Tasting & Wine Pairing

  4-7pm Free

  Join us every Friday evening from 4-7pm for a free cheese tasting in our Specialty department!  Learn about the best cheeses to go with your wine for all of your holiday needs.

• Every 1st Friday of each Month

  Gluten Free 1st Fridays

  4pm-6pm FREE

  Whether you are new to "gluten free" or a veteran of it, we would like to invite you to our Gluten Free First Friday Events every 1st Friday of each month from 4-6pm.  There will be information, team members from Whole Foods Market - Little Rock that are gluten free experts, gluten free sampling, and a gluten free Tour.  If you are not gluten intolerant, but are curious about it, join us!  Shopping gluten free can be easier than it looks, and we are here to help.  Gluten Free tour will begin at 4pm- (please meet on the Gluten Free isle)

  Join for a Party all around the Pomegranate! Get Holiday Pomegranate Recipe ideas & share the benefits of this super fruit with your friends & family at your Holiday Dinner Parties! There is significant research to suggest that the antioxidants in pomegranates may prevent a slew of diseases, including prostate cancer and heart disease.

We offer Special Value tours of our store, and can focus on specific ways to shop smarter & save. Just let us know! School Field Trip tours are also available. • Whole Foods Market Whole Kids Club

  Just for Our Younger Shoppers: As you go through the check out area be sure to pick up your free Whole Kids Club Card & ages 2–12 can use it to get a free snack out of the Whole Kids Club baskets at the register. Check the Whole Foods Market Little Rock calendar for monthly Kids Club Events.
