  Visit with local farmers and vendors at our Wednesday Farmers' Markets and see what's fresh and seasonal, including fresh produce, grass-fed meats, locally grown flowers and vegetable plants, local granola, popcorn and more!

  Our Farmers' Market regularly features Dreamcatcher Farm, Companions Creek Farm, Full Heart Farm, Ken Waters Farm, Graf's Farm, Chelsea's Eggs, Ears What's Poppin' Popcorn, Providence Farm, Happy Cat Flower Farm, Kathy & Mark's Shelby County Farm, Somewhere Special Farm, Rattlesnake Hill Farm, and others!

  6:30pm - in the Cafe $5

  The idea of pairing wine and cheese is one that people are familiar with, but how do you begin to pair beer with cheese? Featuring a line-up of beers crafted by Schlafly Brewing of St. Louis, we will provide a guided tour of how to match cheese with ales, stouts, lagers and more. A great event whether you are a beer lover, cheese lover, or both!

  Thursday, July 2: American Classics: Get ready for Independence Day with wines crafted in the USA. Whether you are grilling out or sipping poolside, we will have a perfect selection for your holiday weekend.

  Thursday, July 9:  Gerard Bertrand Wines: We've recently discovered a line of wines from Southern France that is newly available in the US. Gerard Bertrand wines provide some of the best values from France in an era where the Euro is driving up the cost on all things French. In addition to being sustainably farmed, these beautifully crafted wines show true terroir, a sense of place often lacking in other wines at their price point.

  Thursday, July 16: Italy Envy: This week, our boss Jason will be in Italy on a much deserved vacation. Since he didn't invite us, we will try to create our own Italian experience here in the wine shop. We'll taste wines from Marc de Grazia Selections, widely regarded as the foremost importer of fine Italian wines in the US. We'll nibble on delicious Italian cheese and cured meats and pretend we're on our own mini-vacation.  

  Thursday, July 23: Alpine Wine and Cheese: Cheese lovers know that Germany, Austria and the Alps of Italy produce some amazing cheeses. But not many wine lovers know the delicious wines produced in these regions. Join us to taste reds and whites from the Alps paired with a smorgasbord of our favorite Alpine cheeses.    A must for the aficionado as well as the casual wine and cheese buyer.
