Register for classes in person at the customer service desk or call 608.233.9566 (unless otherwise noted). To receive a refund, please allow us 24 hours notice to cancel a class. All classes must be registered for in advance unless otherwise noted.

Class will incorporate breathing, postures, self-massage, nutrition, along with natural products from Whole Foods Market, all for easing transition to our winter months. Those who wish may receive a free acupuncture treatment to help boost immunity!

    Holiday Hors d'oeuvres and Wine Pairing 101

    Start the holiday season with a little inspiration from your friends at Whole Foods Market. In this exciting class, we will learn how to create an array of decadently inspired creations from canapés to caramelized onion and goat cheese tarts. We will then savor the flavors alongside a few fabulous holiday menu offerings (why do ALL the work yourself?), relax and let our beverage specialist take over! Believe it or not, the most asked question in November is "What wines go well with turkey?" In preparation for the biggest of gastronomic holidays, we will present a turkey dinner wine primer, guiding through (and tasting!) some conventional and not-so-conventional wine pairings. Cheers!

Taste fine Trappiste beer and cheeses produced with truly God-Given goodness; presented by your Whole Foods Market Beverage Specialist.

    Join the host of NBC's "White Jasmine Cuisine", Huma Siddiqui as she teaches how to prepare a wonderfully savory meal. The evening menu will include: Pan-fried Tandoori Salmon - delicious salmon topped with Tandoori Masala and garlic; Mediterranean Couscous - Couscous flavored with green onions, red peppers and cilantro; Baby Aubergines - cubed eggplant cooked in a spicy yogurt sauce with a hint of cumin; and Delectable Bread Pudding with home-made custard, almonds and chocolate topping.
