Thank you for viewing our updated calendar.  Whole Foods Market makes the holidays easy for you and your family by providing you with simples ways to feed your family well while servicing them the highest quality natural and organic foods.  We've made it even easier this year with online ordering. Just click here to place your holiday order for pick-up at our Metcalf and 91st Street Whole Foods Market. 

Yes! You CAN pick-up your order on Thanksgiving Day from 8am-1pm.  Do this by placing your online order and select the pick-up date as November 25th, then call us at (913) 652-9633 and let us know you'd like Thanksgiving Day pick-up.  We can make the changes from our end for you.  We're also happy to take your order by phone or in person at the store's Holiday Table by Express Lane 2.

    Holiday Meal Table

    Our knowledgeable Holiday Table Team Members are ready to help you plan your holiday meal and parties.  The holiday meals, appetizers, sides, and desserts offered are made in our kitchen using only the finest ingredients from Whole Foods Market. Whether you'd like to pre-order your fresh, never frozen turkey, or would like to make sure you've got a pumpkin pie on order, we can help.  Vegan meals  for 2 or 4 people are also available for order.  You can place your order in store or online.  If you'd like to pick-up your meal on Thanksgiving Day, you may!  Pick-ups will be available until 1pm on Thanksgiving Day to make your holiday easy and enjoyable, simply call us at (913) 652-9633 to request Thanksgiving Day pick-up for your holiday meal order.

    Holiday Trees Arrive!

    $59.99

    For the first time ever we're offering top-rated, fresh 7-8 foot Fraser Firs.  Trees are arriving Thanksgiving week and are available for pre-purchase now through our Customer Service at (913) 652-9633. 

    About the trees:

    • Fraser Firs, have been rated #1 by the Christmas Green Association for the last 10 years.
    • For every tree cut down, two more trees are planted the following year.
    • The trees come from Bottomley Evergreens & Farms.
    • Each tree is 7-8 feet tall and sells for $59.99.
    • Trees are available for pre-purchase.
    • Christmas Trees are scheduled to arrive at Whole Foods Market on Metcalf and 91st Street around November 23rd.
    • An example tree is available to view at our store now.

    We're here to make your last minute holiday shopping simple and enjoyable. We'll have plenty of help on hand to make your shopping experience fast and easy.  We'll also have live music in the early evening and special sales announced from 10pm until midnight.  See you here!

    This is the only place in Kansas City offering 100% natural in-house smoked meats.  Come in Mondays for chicken, Tuesdays and Fridays for brisket and BBQ beans, Wednesday and Saturday for Salmon, Thursdays for Turkey, and on Sundays come for chicken and turkey.  Our smokehouse meats melt in your mouth like you wouldn't believe!  Make your party an instant success.

    Lunch from the Cooking Studio has been moved back into Whole Foods Market.  You can still dine-in our cafe or carry-out a hot lunch that can't be beat on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-1pm.

    4:00-6:00 p.m. complimentary

    At Whole Foods Market we are Wild about Food and we are even Wilder about Sharing It with You!   Join us every Wednesday afternoon for a wild sampling of our "Good Stuff for Less Items".  We'll have a special Mexican Fiesta sampling on the 16th and Breakfast for Dinner on the 23rd.

    Each Whole Foods Market store has a monthly budget designated for a donation to local not-for-profit organizations.  A Donation Request Form is required (along with a copy of your 501c3 letter from the IRS) and forms are available at our customer service counter or by visiting our Community Giving web page.   Requests must be received 6 weeks prior to the date of your event.  If you have missed the deadline, please consider us for future donations.  Thank you! 

  • Small Change Adds Up

    Bring your own reusable bag...Receive 10 cents off your purchase or we will donate your 10 cents to a local school.   Since October 21, 2007, your reusable bags have raised over $850.00 for our local schools and saved 8,500 bags from reaching our land fill. 

    Free Educational Store Tours

    Whole Foods Market offers free store tours.  Groups of Brownies, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, students, and professional groups, etc. are all welcome to sign up.  On your tour, you will learn why Whole Foods Market is so unique!  You will also learn about natural and organic foods and get to taste many items throughout the store.  To request a tour, please contact Jennifer Matascik, in store Marketing Specialist @ 913.652.9633, ext. 206.  (Please leave a message if she's not available, and she will call you back.  Thank you!)

    Whole Foods Market eliminated disposable plastic grocery bags on Earth Day 2008! Help us in our mission to be kind to the environment by reusing your bags. Remember, we will pay you 10 cents for every bag you reuse!
