Store Calendar

To sign up for a class, stop by or call Customer Service at (414) 223-1500.  To guarantee your reservation, payment must be received at time of enrollment.  Pre-registration for cooking classes is not required, but is highly recommended.  Reservations are required for Community Table seating.  All classes and events are subject to change or cancellation. 

To cancel a class reservation, please contact Customer Service.  A full refund will be credited if you cancel within 24 hours prior to the start of the class.  If a class has an insufficient number of attendants signed up, it will be cancelled 2 days prior to the start of the class.  Whole Foods Market will contact you by phone regarding the cancellation.  You will receive a credit for the class that can be redeemed for an in-store gift certificate or towards another class.

    It's time to pull out our grill and celebrate warm weather, good friends and great food!  Join Whole Foods Market Milwaukee every Saturday afternoon on our North Avenue patio for a scrumptious menu off the grill.  We have plenty of veggie alternatives too!  Come join us each Saturday, weather pending.

    Informative and fun - a great activity for those slow summer days.  Kids learn about where food comes from; parents learn how to get the best deals.  Haven't you always wanted to be on a first name basis with your butcher or cheesemonger?

    Offered Mondays, Wednesdays, & Saturday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.  Please call Autumn at 414-223-1500, extension 107, or email autumn.faughn@wholefoods.com to sign up.  Tours last approximately 30 minutes.  All participating families receive a free Whole Foods Market Better Bag (limit one per family).

    Friends of Hank Aaron State Trail 5K Run/Walk

    Whole Foods Market Milwaukee is proud support the 2009 Friends of Hank Aaron State Trail 5K Run/Walk!  All proceeds from the race will benefit this organization dedicated to providing recreational, educational, and cultural opportunities along the beautiful Hank Aaron State Trail.  Festivities will include prizes, refreshments, and live entertainment by De La Buena.  Walker are welcome and encouraged to participate.  Bring the whole family.  For more information or to register online visit www.hankaaronstatetrail.org.

    Cooking Class: Muscle Building, Fat Burning Meals

    Join instructor Naomi Nazario, a Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Fitness Coach for a class on the art of building meals that build muscle.  These guilt-free dishes balance protein and fats for the ultimate fat burning, lean muscle meals.  Having struggled with her weight as a child and teenager, Naomi knows first-hand the struggles many people face in their quest towards optimal fitness and health. She uses this experience to relate to her students and help them achieve their fitness goals. She has a passion for cooking and will prepare tasty rapid fat loss recipes for the class and provide several recipes to practice at home. Eating for fitness can be enjoyable adventure, without deprivation of flavor and exploration.

    Is your child a budding chef?  Get your kid in the kitchen with Chef Becca Guralnick to scoop, pour, roll, stir and spread foods to make their own edible creations. Chef Becca is a professional chef with ten years of experience teaching in the Milwaukee area. This month, little ones will focus on creating back to school snacks with style that kids can make on their own with basic kitchen tools.  What's on the menu today?  Try Pita Pizzas, Groovy Granola Bars, and Perfect Parfaits.

    Tired of the same old super sugary Halloween treats?  Shake things up this year with Chef Rebecca Guralnick for a class featuring healthier handfuls of snacks perfect for even the littlest goblins, ghouls, and ghosts.  In this class kids will concoct Popcorn Balls, Chocolate Drizzled Pretzels, and Gooey Caramel Apples.  Kids attending class in costume will receive a special spooky prize!
