 Enjoy a relaxing evening of wine and cheese with our cheese buyer Daoud and ATL Stacey who will take you through a festive assortment of cheeses to serve during the holiday season.    Daoud will introduce you to a cheese plate presentation of Le Chevrot French Goat Cheese paired with Chateau Montcontour Vouvray, Covadonga, a Sheep and Cow milk blue paired with Jonsey Port Wine, and Swiss Aged Gruyere paired with Italian Masi Valpolicella.  The cheese tasting will take place in the culinary center by candlelight followed by wine pairings in our wine department.

Creating the perfect balance of appetizers for entertaining this holiday season with delicious appetizer ideas.  Chef John Godo will demonstrate easy to make crowd pleasers, different takes on Crostini, fresh thyme and caramelized onion goat cheese tartlets that you can make ahead and smoke salmon mousse endive cups. Chef John will show you a few other items perfect for entertaining.  Taste what John has prepared after the demonstration and enjoy a mini cocktail party with fellow classmates. 

Put a holiday twinkle in your child's eyes by enrolling them in the first of two gingerbread decorating workshops.  Kids will have fun decorating their very own gingerbread house with all natural icing and Hammonds candies and take it home in their own special container.  Please sign up early for this class since space is limited. 

Cost:  $5 per adult, children free, no one turned away for inability to pay.  Please pay in the culinary center to Suesson Vess.  No need to sign up.

Create an inspired dinner with a festive menu for either a large crowd or an intimate gathering perfect for the holiday or New Years.  The menu speaks comfort and gourmet within the same breathe creating an atmosphere of relaxation and great dining together.  Chef Godo will demonstrate how to prepare Braised Short Ribs with Port and Cranberries slow cooked and easy to reheat, Whipped Parsnip with Crème Fraiche and Green Beans and Pecans with Clementine Vinaigrette.  Sip on Mexican Hot Chocolate and then taste what John has prepared after the demonstration.
