Sign-up For a Class
All classes require registration and full payment in advance.  To register for a class at Whole Foods Market Palatine please call (847)776-8080 or at the Customer Service desk.  We reserve the right to cancel classes and in that event, all registered participants will receive a full refund.  All menus are subject to change.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to class, however customers may send a substitute in their place.

    Culinary kids ages 7 - 10 years old get ready for your Thanksgiving Feast with Whole Foods Market. We will cook some classic dishes with a natural twist. Junior chefs will learn about natural and organic foods, food safety, nutrition & cooking basics. Includes recipes.

    Home for the Holidays with Whole Foods Market

    7:30 - 9:00pm $2.00

    Spice up this year's family gatherings and dinner parties with new recipes that reflect the flavors of the season. Whole Foods Market is back at the Mt. Prospect Public Library with three new recipes to add to your holiday repertoire: Pumpkin cream cheese dip with gingersnaps, roasted butternut squash with spinach & barley and maple apple crisp.     Everything's Better with Bacon Cooking Class

    Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Team in Training Informational Meeting

    10:00am Complimentary

    Is getting healthy and in shape on your resolution list?  Attend an informational meeting at Whole Foods Market Palatine about Team In Training, the world's largest endurance sports training program. The program provides training to run or walk a full or half marathon or participate in a triathlon or century (100-mile) bike ride. Participants raise funds for leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma research and patient services in exchange for training, support and lodging and airfare to the event of their choice.  We've trained over 390,000 people and they have raised over $950 million to support mission of LLS.

    29th Annual Palatine Park District Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot

    8:00am - 2 mile run; 9:00am - 5 mile run Pre-race $23 R/$28 NR; $30 day of race

    Celebrate your fitness by running in the 29th Annual Palatine Park District Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot!  Runners may choose either a 2 or 5 mile distance.  T-shirts will be awarded to all pre-registered runners. First and second place awards will be presented to males and females in each age classification.

    All post race refreshments provided by Whole Foods Market. 

    Registration cannot be accepted at the Palatine Park District office or online after Thursday, November 19 at 7:00 pm. A separate registration form is required. Forms can be downloaded from our web site at www.palatineparks.org or are available for pick-up at the Community Center or Birchwood Recreation Center.

    The Polar Express

    Both seatings: SOLD OUT

    Experience the magic of the Polar Express, the classic children's book by Chris Van Allsburg. The Polar Express comes to life when the train departs from the Palatine Station for a special visit to Stage Left Café (next to the Woodstock Opera House in Woodstock, IL).

    Whole Foods Market, Palatine will provide hot cider and a gingerbread cookie for parent and child to decorate creating special holiday memories. Stage Left Café will provide hot chocolate. During our stay at the café, storyteller Thom Lange will tell the magical story.

    Santa Sleigh 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk

    Ho Ho Ho! Come join Whole Foods Market along with the Rotary Club of Arlington Heights as it hosts its 2nd Annual Santa Sleigh 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at South Middle School
    in Arlington Heights.

    Each participant receives a Santa outfit that is worn during the 5K run or 1 mile walk. So, this is just like every other 5K run or 1 mile walk you have seen, except all the participants are Santa! It is truly a unique sight to see hundreds and hundreds of Santas running through the streets of your home town.
