Slim It Down Series Starts Wed.Feb.3rd!

If this is your year to eating healthy and attain your goal weight, you'll want to join us as health counselor Maura Shenker will take us on a four week journey to help us look our best for 2010. Each week different topics including greens and grains, fat, sugar and how to manage your weight during stress and with exercise will be discussed. Sign up today! Classes will run for four weeks starting Wednesday, February 3 through Wednesday, February 24 from 6 pm - 7 pm. Each class is $5. Click on the events calendar for more information.

HELP FOR HAITI

HELP FOR HAITI: Whole Foods Market and their customers can support Haiti Earthquake Relief Efforts at our store. We have partnered with AmeriCares in their commitment to send $5 million in donations of medical supplies and disaster aid relief. Donations can be made right now at our registers and all donations will go to AmeriCares through January 31, 2010.  Thank you in advance for your contributions!

Effective Immediately... All Nickels for Nonprofits will be donated to the American Red Cross for Haiti Relief.
