  Come to Whole Foods Market in Plantation and feel the love in the air. We will have romantic tastings and live music throughout the store from 1 - 4pm. The Floral Department will be providing complimentary gift wraps for your bouquets and for a quick check out just go through "Lovers Lane 1" where only Cupid approved items will be rung up.

  Cocktail Party - Benefitting the Whole Planet Foundation

  6 - 8pm

  In an effort to create prosperity in the world's developing counties we will be holding a fundraiser benefitting the Whole Planet Foundation. Nikki Heil, a Whole Planet Foundation Ambassador, will share her experiences with the foundation and teach us how they're making a difference in so many lives. Wine and hors' d'ourves will be served to the sounds of live music.

  No reservation necessary. Tickets are $5 and all proceeds go to Whole Planet Foundation.

  Whole Foods Market Celebrates Parmigiano Reggiano - A Cheese that Stands Alone

  3pm

  Plantation's cheese mongers will demonstrate the traditional method of breaking into 24-month-aged wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano using official tools (five different knives) from Italy's Consorzio del Formaggio Parmigiano Reggiano. The process of carving into and portioning each 85-pound wheel requires an expert hand and is usually done in about half an hour. There will be plenty for all to taste and will certainly be a spectacle for all to see.

  BBQ on the Patio - Benefitting the Whole Planet Foundation

  12 - 3pm $5

  Whole Foods Market Plantation will be grilling up fresh, all natural selections to raise money for the Whole Planet Foundation. This foundation helps to provide micro-lending programs to entrepreneurs in 17 developing countries from which we source products.

  $5 buys a burger, hot dog or veggie burger, chips and a drink.
