  Cranberries: Beyond Sauce! Cooking & Canning Class

  9:00 to 10:30 am Free

  Enjoy the flavors of fall throughout the year by learning the simple steps to success for preserving cranberries by freezing, canning and storing!  Cranberry salsa will add zest to many foods and also makes a great homemade gift for the holidays. The class is held in our Café and given by Kathy Savoie, RD, and Extension Educator from the University of Maine Cooperative Extension - Cumberland County.

  Holidays in the Raw: A Raw Foods Class

  11:30 to 1:00 pm $15.00

  Looking for healthier alternatives to traditional holiday fare?  Want ideas for crowd-pleasing dishes that only take minutes to whip up?  Join Lisa Marie Lindenschmidt, raw vegan chef and teacher, as she prepares several holiday-themed dishes for you to sample.  She'll also define raw foods and give some great pointers for thriving throughout the holidays.  Come ready to try delicious samples!

  Thanksgiving Made Easy: Store-wide Tasting Event

  Thanksgiving is just around the corner and we're here to help make it both flavorful and memorable!  Get inspired to plan your holiday menu by sampling Thanksgiving favorites and more throughout the store.

  Seafood Fest!

  10:30 am to 1:30 pm Free

  The New England Thanksgiving table isn't complete without seafood!  Enjoy samples of our favorite sides and dishes while you meet our team and suppliers. Learn about our seafood quality standards and Pigeon Cove, our own seafood facility in Gloucester, MA .

  Thanksgiving Menu Tasting

  4 :00 to 6:00 pm Free

  Your Thanksgiving meal is about to get easier!  No need to stress - leave the prepping and cooking to us.  Be sure to stop by and sample items featured in our Thanksgiving menu brochure, all things good.  And, don't forget to place your order by Monday, November 23^rd.

  The Reason for the Season: Decadent Raw Vegan Holiday Gift-Making Class

  10:30 am to 12 noon $15.00

   

  Looking for something inspired and healthy to bring to that company party? Interested in giving unique gifts that will create an impression?   Brunch served 9:30 am to 1:30 pm -- Music from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

  Sit back and relax to the sounds of the Midweek Jazz Trio while you enjoy brunch from our Café menu.

  Kids Eat Free in our Cafe!

  11:00 to 7:00 pm

  Every Tuesday, kids 10 and under eat free from our new Burgers, Fries and Shakes menu in our Café.  Buy one adult entree and receive one free kid's entree.  Bring the kids and enjoy! Click here to view the menu.

   

• Every Tuesday and Thursday

  Conversational ESL Class

  5:00 to 6:30 pm Free

  In our community room, stop by for conversation and laughter and meet with specially trained ESL volunteers to practice speaking English in a safe and relaxed setting!  Sign in at our Customer Service desk before going to the community room. 

  Please note:  No class on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26th. 

  This class is sometimes cancelled due to a holiday or community room event.  Please call customer service if you need to know about a specific date. 

• Every Wednesday

  Explore the Store: Story Time with Jody Fein!

  9:45 to 10:30 am Free

  Attention Moms, Dads, Grandparents and Caregivers!  Join us for this popular weekly event where Storyteller Jody Fein leads us in rhymes, story and song!  Enjoy a healthy snack and make new friends.  Seating begins at 9:30am in our Café.

  Please note:  Story Time is cancelled on Wednesday, November 25th due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

  When it comes to our favorite products, we are a pretty enthusiastic bunch!  Stop by and enjoy tasty samples of what our team members are recommending this week.

  4:30 to 6:30 pm

  Can't decide what to make for dinner?  No worries!  Make your way over to the seafood department where you will find our seafood team member, Clayton cooking up something delicious to try for dinner tonight!
