We encourage you to reserve your preferred time and treatment in advance. You may make your reservation online or by phone. Based on availability, same-day bookings and walk-ins are welcome. When scheduling your treatment, please tell us if you have a preference for a male or female therapist and notify us of any special needs. Parental supervision is required for all children under 18. We accept all major credit cards to hold your reservation.

Arrival and Check-In
Please check in 20 minutes prior to your treatment time. Late arrivals may receive reduced treatment time or be subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our practitioners, please provide 24 hours notice to avoid being charged 50% of the treatment price.

What to Wear
We will provide you with a 100% organic robe, slippers and a locker to keep valuables.

Wellness Recipes
After each treatment, your therapist will provide you with a customized, hand-written Wellness Recipe. It will include any special instructions, tips and suggestions for making the most of your treatment results and overall wellness.

Wellness Discounts
With any treatment, receive 10% off all recommended products purchased the same day in any area of the store. Schedule three or more treatments in the same day and receive 10% off all treatments and recommended products.
