<p><em>We all have been bombarded with contradictory information about diet. </em>There is widespread disagreement among dietary experts about what we should be eating. They failed to recognize that people are all different from one another on a biochemical level.</p>
<p><em>We are very different in the way that our bodies process foods and utilize nutrients.</em>As a result, we have variable needs for foods and nutrients. A diet that works for one person may have no effect on a second person, and may make a third person worse. Any food can have opposite biochemical influences in different people. This is the concept that lies at the heart of Customized Nutrition.</p>
<p>Even if you are currently eating healthful foods, it is possible that you're deficient in the specific nutrients that your particular metabolism requires to function properly.
