This, plus improved breathing technique, will provide you a more relaxed mind and body and help reduce stress and fatigue.     We are looking for kids who want to make an awesome "green" gift for the holidays!  We are Stefanie Boone and Melissa Stewart, two teachers who created The Traveling Teacher Show.  Our mission is "Saving The Planet One Kid At A Time"!  We are very excited to bring green creativity to Whole Foods Market through our Eco-Art Trash Bash Workshops! We bring the eco-creativity out in every child using clean, safe, recycled and reusable materials! During our December Bash we will be using recycled wrapping paper to make fantastic ornaments and frames!     Extraordinary People: Discovering the Gifts of those Living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Kimball Sargent, MSN, PMHCNS-BC

    Are you looking for a better understanding of someone you know who is living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)?  Join us for this informative seminar, presented by Kimball Sargent, nurse psychotherapist.  She will discuss some of the factors that contribute to the dramatic increase in individuals who have been diagnosed with ASD, which at present is 1 in 100 individuals in the US.  We will also learn to view ASD from a different perspective and ways to communicate better.  Did you know that Einstein probably had ASD? People living with ASD will never be ordinary, but they can be extraordinary.  Kimball will also discuss how dietary changes and interventions using natural energy technologies have improved the lives of some who live with ASD.
    Kimball Sargent MSN, PMHCNS-BC is a nurse psychotherapist who has been in private practice in Raleigh since 1995.  She provides family therapy for clients across the life span.  Kimball embraces integrative medicine and treats her clients through holistic interventions, which balance the mind, body, spirit, family, finances and society.   She utilizes solution focused therapy and holistic interventions to help her clients reach their goals.

Join us for a fun filled evening and learn some delicious, yet easy to prepare recipes with Chef Sheri.  She will entertain and delight us as she walks us through creating hors d'oeuvres that are sure to impress family and friends.. not your tired old cheese and crackers here!  Recipes will include cream cheese & chutney roulade, warm crab & piquillo pepper spread, spicy shortbread cocktail bites, and Italian hot chocolate sippers....     To register for a class or to receive more information, please contact Customer Service at 919-828-5805. To guarantee your place in a class, payment must be received with your enrollment. If there is a waiting list, it will remain active until the day before the class, and we will contact you if a spot becomes available in a full class.

    To cancel your registration, please contact Customer Service at 919-828-5805. A full refund or credit for a future class will be issued if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the start of the class. If a class has low enrollment, it will be cancelled 24 hours in advance. You will be contacted via telephone regarding the cancellation. You will receive a full refund in whatever form you wish (cash, back on credit card, gift card, or credit for a future class).
