Community Giving
At Whole Foods Market Ridgewood, we are active participants in our community. We are extremely proud of our community involvement and the relationships that we continue to make each month! We strive to make a difference.
Our Community 5% Days are one meaningful way we give back to our community. On designated days throughout the year a total of 5% of the day's net sales are donated to local non-profit organizations. Customers help support our selected organizations just by shopping on these 5% Days.
Donations
We support a number of local organizations within our community and vicinity. If your 501(c)(3) non-profit organization would like to receive a donation please download our Donation Guidelines & Application and return the forms to the Customer Service desk.

Wednesday, November 18th (7:00pm-8:30pm) - "Gluten-free Choices"
Tuesday, December 1st (10:30am-12:00pm) - "Heart Healthy"
Take a trip down Whole Foods Market's aisles with Janet Brancato, MS, RD, a registered dietitian, who will help you decipher food labels & assist you in making healthy choices for you & your family. The 1½ hour themed tours include topics such as: shopping on a budget, heart healthy eating, smart vegetarian choices, shopping for people with diabetes, & healthy choices for kids. Aisle by aisle shopping tips & easy to make recipes will be provided along with a gift bag for each participant.
Size of tour is limited to a maximum of 8 people, so please register early!
