Mark you calendar and join Whole Foods Market of Rochester Hills for cooking demonstrations, lifestyle & wellness classes, right in our Whole Lifestyle Center!

Class Registration:

To sign up/pay for a class, stop by or call Customer Service at (248) 371-1400, or go to https://www.acteva.com/go/RochesterHills.  To guarantee your reservation, payment must be received when you enroll.

Cancellations: 

To cancel a class reservation, please contact Customer Service.  A full refund will be credited if you cancel within 24 hours prior to the start of the class.  If a class has an insufficient number signed up, it will be cancelled 2 days prior to the start of the class.  Whole Foods Market will contact you by phone or e-mail regarding the cancellation.  You will receive a credit for the class that can be redeemed for an in-store gift certificate or towards another class.

    Gingerbread House Workshop

    11am $20, all supplies provided

    This event will take place on Saturday, December 5 and Saturday, December 12!

    Bring the whole family and join us in our Whole Lifestyle Center as we start you off with a fully assembled, undecorated gingerbread house. We will provide Royal icing and assorted candies to decorate the walls, or bring your own holiday favorites. Once completed, we'll provide you with packaging to safely take it home and display (or eat!). Register at customer service, or just stop by our Whole Lifestyle Center for this exciting workshop and create your own gingerbread house!

    Techniques 101: Direct vs. Indirect Heat Methods

    7 pm $25, advanced registration required

    Join Chef Amy in the Whole Lifestyle Center for the second installment in a series of winter technique classes. Amy will highlight direct vs. indirect heating methods, including searing, roasting, braising, and broiling. Learn to implement these techniques at home by watching, then tasting, the recipes presented. With ONLINE class registration, all attendees will be entered in a drawing to win a fabulous prize relevant to the class subject.     Savor the Vegetarian Flavors

    Enjoy a night at Whole Foods Market while you enjoy food and wine prepared by our talented Chefs. This month, the menu will be fully vegetarian! You will start the evening in the Specialty Department sampling cheese and one complimentary glass of wine.  The next three courses will be served in our Whole Lifestyle Center and will be finished with a delicious dessert. Pre-registration is required, and limited space is available. Must be 21 to drink.

    One Dime At A Time for Forgotten Harvest

    ALL DAY, EVERY DAY... Donate your 10-cents today!

    Reusing your own bags now helps more than ever with our One Dime at a Time program. You can donate your bag refund simply by telling the cashier when you check out. From July 6th until September 28, your dimes will be donated to Forgotten Harvest, whose mission is to relieve hunger in the Detroit metropolitan community by rescuing food and donating it to emergency food providers. Forgotten Harvest currently rescues 12 million pounds of food per year by collecting surplus prepared and perishable food from a variety of sources including Whole Foods Market. This food is delivered to emergency food providers in the metro Detroit area.     We are proud to partner with the Moscow Ballet as they unveil their 2009 Great Russian Nutcracker holiday tour! Continuing their tradition of the finest world class dance, the 2009 tour marks the 16th consecutive season of bringing family and friends closer together. This year's tour stars the ballet world's Prima Ballerina, Cristina Terentieva and her partner Alexei. Cristina is a Gold Medalist of the 2008 Varna International Ballet Competition where Vladimir Vasiliev of the Bolshoi bestowed upon her the highest honors.
