Community Support Days  

Each store hosts four annual Community Support Days, where 5% of the day's net sales benefit a non-profit organization.

Shop green and give back! For each reusable bag you use at check-out, we will deduct five cents from your purchase or donate it to a local non-profit of your choice. We make it even easier with our large selection of stylish and affordable reusable bags.

We donate products to a variety of causes, including food for local shelters and food banks, and gift baskets and refreshments for fundraisers.

Whole Planet Foundation^TM

Whole Planet Foundation, a nonprofit organization established by Whole Foods Market, creates economic partnerships with the poor in developing-world communities that supply our stores with product. The foundation provides innovative assistance for entrepreneurship, including direct microcredit loans in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

Animal Compassion Foundation

We founded the Animal Compassion Foundation to improve the quality of life of farm animals through educational services and research aimed at assisting ranchers and meat producers around the world in achieving a higher standard of animal welfare excellence.
