• Thursday, November 19th

  Holiday Side Dishes and Platters

  4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. FREE

  This is your last chance to sample a delicious assortment of seasonal offerings for your holiday dinner or entertaining needs.  We've focused on our many traditional side dishes and platters, as well as our Platinum Sides -- those dishes that set our holiday catering apart from the rest.  Enjoy free samples of your favorite holiday items, as well as unique gift, menu planning and entertaining needs!

  Gluten Free Living

  11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon FREE

  What is Gluten?  Where is it found?  Take a journey through the aisles of our store as we share special gluten-free choices and information for those on special diets, and sample some delicious gluten-free products.  Whether you want to cut back or cannot have wheat and gluten in your diet, you don't have to suffer from poor selection and taste.

  Reservations recommended; contact Customer Service (707-575-7915) to sign-up.  Limited to 10 persons.  Offered regularly on the 3rd Friday of the month.

• Saturday, November 21st

  Make An Apple Turkey

  11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. FREE

  Gobble, gobble!  Bring your kids by the store and make a turkey with apples, raisins and marshmallows to decorate your kitchen or holiday table.  Turkey components are provided with our compliments.

• Sunday, December 6th

  Hanukkah Extravaganza

  4:00 - 7:00 p.m. FREE

  Brisket anyone? Celebrate the Festival of Lights with an assortment of holiday favorites from our Prepared Foods department and beyond. Samples will be available throughout the store to help you plan your menu for Hanukkah.

• Tuesday, December 8th

  Community 5% Day

  8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

  We have partnered with CBS-5 and Feeding America's Food Banks (locally, Redwood Empire Food bank) to collect food for Bay Area families in need this Holiday Season.  Join us in helping out our Sonoma County neighbors by bringing non-perishable food items to the donation barrels found at any of our Sonoma County Whole Foods Market locations. 

• Wednesday, December 9th

  Store Tour for Moms

  10:30 - 11:30 a.m. FREE

  Join us for a brief introduction to Whole Foods Market and a comprehensive review of the many baby/child friendly products we offer that are free of preservatives and harsh chemicals.  Learn money-saving secrets and tips for shopping Whole Foods Market on a budget, and sample delicious products in every department of the store.

  Reservations recommended; contact Customer Service (707-575-7915) to sign-up.  Typically offered regularly on the 4th Wednesday of the month...December date was moved to accommodate the holidays.  Limited to 10 persons.

  Holiday Sweets and Beyond

  4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. FREE

  We've devoted a day to our delectable holiday sweets.  Come and sample our finest Buche de Noel cake, Gianna's Fruit Cake, Pannetone, Stollen, Ginger Cookies and more...all perfect for your holiday dinner or entertaining needs.

  Hanukkah/Christmas Coloring Contest

  all day FREE

  Pick up a coloring page at Customer Service any time during this week and let your child's creativity roam free.  Contestants will be judged in three age groups: 5 years old and under, 6 to 8 years old, 9 to 12 years old. Submissions for the contest should be turned in by Friday, December 18th at 8:00 p.m. Winners will be announced at the Clay Play event on Saturday, December 19th at 11:00 am.  Winners do not need to be present to win.

  Vendor Smorgasbord

  10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. FREE

  Learn from the source!  We've put together an assortment of vendors for you to sample and chat with about their products.  Find out how your favorite products are made, what's new and exciting and enjoy a smorgasbord of culinary delights.

  Wheat Free Holiday Options

  4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. FREE

  Come and taste a delicious assortment of Wheat Free and Gluten Free holiday options for your table!  From turkey to stuffing to side dishes and desserts galore, enjoy your traditional favorites and discover some new delicacies.

  This tasting is for both vegans and omnivores!  Come taste a delicious assortment of seasonal offerings as well as all the staples you need to bring home the holidays this season. Enjoy free samples of your favorite holiday items, as well as mini plates of our Catering Department's Spiral Cut Ham and Vegan Holiday Dinners, as well as unique gift, menu planning, and entertaining ideas!   Freedom from Allergies

  5:30 - 7:00 p.m. FREE

  Be sure to come in and see us once a month for a free Allergy Screening with Dr. Cindy Zafis. Dr. Zafis is a Chiropractor specializing in an Allergy Elimination method developed to be a permanent method of eliminating allergic reaction in the body. These treatments have helped many people with common allergies to foods, pollens, molds and chemicals.
