48 hour advance registration along with payment is requested to reserve your place in a class. Chef Stacey will guide you through a three course dinner focusing on simple seasonal ingredients. Bring some friends and make it a double date. This is a hands on class with a full meal served.

Dawn is a national nutrition expert interviewed annually in over 200 media outlets such as CNN, Dateline NBC, and People Magazine as well as WebMD. She writes for magazines such as Health, All You, Fitness and Ladies Home Journal.
