Because we make our in-house bread right here, it's as fresh as can be. Starting with unbleached, unbromated flours, our dedicated bakers craft almost a dozen varieties, hand shaping the loaves and letting them proof slowly before baking them right before your eyes in our European-style hearth ovens.

Need a raw-bar fix? Then step right up to our shucking station. We get gorgeous, market-fresh shellfish delivered daily, including local littlenecks and oysters from both near and far. Order what you want, and we'll shuck them for you. Take them home and shoot them back with a squirt of lemon, cocktail sauce or mignonette (all provided).
