  Join us tonight for a free demonstration on how to cut a whole chicken into pieces for use in different recipes. Our Master Butcher will be joined by one of our chefs from Prepared Foods for recipe demonstration as well. Please pre-register by Monday, November 9 as seating is limited.

  Gluten-Free for the Holidays

  7:00 p.m. Free!

   

  Just because you may be gluten-intolerant, that doesn't mean you can't have a delicious Thanksgiving! Join us this evening and taste some gluten-free alternatives to the standard holiday fare! Mary Beth Winter, H.C., a certified health counselor and nutrition consultant who is a diagnosed Celiac will offer sampling of various gluten-free foods for the holiday! Please pre-register by Friday, November 13 as seating is limited.

  Holiday Cheese & Fruit Pairing

  7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Free!

   

  Who knew that something so simple could taste so good? Join our in-house Cheesemonger, Kevin Campbell, to get a jump on the holidays and learn about and sample a variety of cheese and fruit pairings, perfect for creating your holiday cheese board. Please preregister by Monday, November 16 as seating is limited.

  Blood Drive for Rhode Island Blood Bank

  2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

   

  • Today we're hosting the Rhode Island Blood Center for a Blood Drive. They will be in our parking lot with their mobile van. To make an appointment online, go to www.ribc.org or call 800-283-8385.
  For every blood donation today, Whole Foods Market will donate a bag of food to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank in the donor's name!
