US Bag Hunger 2009 Web Graphic

At this time of year we give thanks and celebrate the virtues of joy, peace, and charity.  We reflect on the highs and lows of the past year and look forward to the promise of the New Year.  In the charity spirit of the season, Whole Foods Market Westlake invites you to join us in support of hunger and nutrition efforts in our local community with our annual food drive, Bag Hunger.   Please look for our Bag Hunger display while shopping in the store for donation options, or ask for help from our Team Members.   Donations benefit the clients of Chicken Soup Brigade, a program of Lifelong AIDS Alliance.  Chicken Soup Brigade feeds hundreds each week with bags of groceries, fresh meals and delicious soup cooked right in their kitchen on Capitol Hill.  For more information about Chicken Soup Brigade, Lifelong AIDS Alliance and its other programs, visit their website at http://www.lifelongaidsalliance.org.
