    Paula Parenzano is the founder and owner of Parenzano Cosmetics which is a local company that uses only all natural ingredients  in their formulations. Paula will be featuring Honey Girl Organics Skin Care during this event. She will be doing mini facials to hydrate tone and moisturize the skin. Honey Girl Organics is  an amazing line of skin care that utilizes honey,beeswax, pollen, & propolis. Paula will be booking half hour appointments for skin care and lite make up applications.     Emotional Eating: 10 Step Program for Recovery

    Julie Simon is a Licensed Psychotherapist in private practice. She specializes in the treatment of emotional eating, depression and other mood disorders, relationship challenges and career transitions. Ms. Simon is also a Certified Personal Trainer with an extensive background in fitness and nutrition consulting.

    This seminar is designed to address and explore the four imbalances underlying overeating and help participants:
    - Explore and identify possible causes for their associations with food.
    - Learn about mood disorders commonly associated with emotional eating.
    - Explore the connection between emotional eating and food sensitivities, allergies and/or addictions.
    - Apply an effective 10-step program geared toward recovery from emotional eating.
