  Whole Foods Market Winter Park sponsors the always-popular July 4^th Watermelon Run set in the beautiful and lush surroundings of Mead Garden in Winter Park. Gather friends, family and neighbors to celebrate our country's independence! All runners receive a festive t-shirt, plentiful refreshments and ice-cold watermelon.   Learn how to get the most for your money while shopping at Whole Foods Market. We'll teach you how to spot great deals in our aisles and we'll sample a recipe from our current Whole Deal. All attendees will receive a reusable tote. Space is limited and registration is required at Customer Service.

  Complimentary Ear Seeds by Winter Park Acupuncture

  10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Free

  An alternative form of acupuncture, ear seeds from the Vaccaria plant are secured in the ear with a piece of adhesive tape over specific acupuncture points and may stay in the ear up to a week. Learn more and test them yourself during this free event.

  Angie will host a support group session with discussion on living a gluten-free lifestyle. We'll also be sampling products from Liberty Bakery and our own Whole Foods Market Bakehouse.

  We invite kids ages 6-12 to join us for Kids Club as we get creative with herbs.  Each child will be able to decorate their own pot and plant their own herb to take home and enjoy. Space is limited to the first 15 to register.  All children must be accompanied by an adult.

This informative workshop will give you solutions to treat and getting rid of your allergies safe and naturally.
