Whole Foods Market^® "Summer Wine Twitter Tasting" Official Rules

Promotion begins on 06/01/11 and ends on 06/06/11 ("Promotion Period"). To enter, follow the promotion's Twitter account, @WholeFoods, available at http://twitter.com/#!/WholeFoods , and correctly answer the daily trivia question tweeted from @WholeFoods. Each daily trivia question will include a clue referring to one of the Top 10 Summer Wines and the answer will be the name of one of such wines. All entries must contain #WFMWine and the correct answer to the daily trivia question, and be submitted between the time the question is posted by Sponsor's Twitter account and midnight Central Time ("CT") on the day the question is posted in order to be eligible for that day's drawing. Limit: one entry per person/day.

Entrants must be legal US residents, and at least 21 years of age or older, to participate. Officers and employees of Whole Foods Market (the "Sponsor"), and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected entries. Odds of winning each day will depend on the total number of daily entries received.

Prize/Conditions: A random drawing will be held the following day at/around 12:00 PM CT from among all eligible entries received for the previous day's trivia question, in order to select one (1) prize winner. There will be one (1) prize winner each day of the Promotion Period for a total of six (6) prize winners.

Each prize winner will receive a $100 WFM Gift Card. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all six (6) prizes being awarded is $600.

Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email, and will have 72 hours within which to respond, after which time an alternate winner will be selected. No transfer or substitution of prize will be allowed. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the name, photograph and likeness of any entrant and/or the winner for promotional purposes without further compensation. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. All entrants agree to "hold harmless" the Sponsor and agents affiliated with this promotion for any and all damages that may result from acceptance of the prize offered, or participation in the promotion. Entrants further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
