I love this idea actually! If you put rice in a bar, why not another grain? I actually like most things with chocolate - chili peppers, nuts, etc. I'll try anything once as long as it is gluten free!

I would love to have a chocolate bar with raspberries or cranberries. But to go all out I would have to say dark chocolate with organic dried peaches and topped with a small amount of kosher salt.

I think quinoa sounds like a great addition to a chocolate bar! It works great in everything from smoothies to cupcakes to main dishes! Throw some nuts in that chocolate bar and you have my ideal "nutty" bar!
