I'll use the broth to make delicious split pea and bean soups. I boil the bone from a honey baked ham in the broth for several hours until I get a thick, rich base. It makes the most delicious soups! I've also made the creamy pumpkin brown rice mentioned in the article. I used vegetable broth and it made a very tasty side dish. I sprinkled a bit of fresh parmesan cheese on top to make it even tastier.

Curried butternut squash soup and oven baked wild rice pilaf to name just two!

A case of broth would not last long in our kitchen. I use a ton of it in the winter months in soups. We enjoy a lot of lentil and bean soups as well as pure vegetable soups.

I use Imagine Chicken Broth all the time - it has a rich broth flavor like you would make at home. I will make butternut squash soup - chicken broth rounds out the sweet flavor nicely. I also just found a receipe for braised vegetables that I wanted to try and it is braised using chicken broth. I know I will want to use Imagine broth! A case would also be helpful when I make my weekly pot of soup: asian chicken noodle, broccoli, turkey chili, etc

I will make lots of soups which I use for meals for my family and for friends who don't cook much themselves. Everyone loves homemade soup which is easy with using the organic chicken broth as a starter. I make all kinds of soups and freeze portions too to use later as a "fast food" meal and again to give to friends who don't cook and are so appreciative of the efforts I go through for creating delicious "fast food" soups.
