I'd use the broth for making 3 large crock pots of soup. We have a Valentines Party for approx 50 girls ages 18-25 yrs who are students in a gap/leadership school. I always make 3 different soups. Always one is my favorite, a Greek type avoglemeno, chicken broth, lemon juice, orzo, chicken, garlic, chives and green onion. Serve with Parmesan.

I will most certainly use Imagine chicken broth to moisten my traditional sage bread stuffing. I also would like to serve a creamy artichoke and cannelini bean soup with Imagine as the base, for Thanksgiving. For quick weeknight dinners, Imagine adds solid, flavor foundations to all sorts of soups and vegetable stews. Braised and roasted vegetables benefit from a dousing with the broth that then combine with the vegetable juices to create a rich sauce. So many, many uses.

So much food goodness with a case of chicken broth. My husband does most of the cooking, but we use the broth in soups, mashed cauliflower, potatoes, or squash, stuffings made with bread or grains, and much more with a whole case!

We cannot live without chicken broth in my family. We use it in just about everything, from sautéed veggies, sauces, chicken noodle, and various Asian noodle soups. We would use the case of broth to make so many things! We love to use broth as the primary liquid when we're making mashed potatoes or rice, as the broth base gives such a lovely flavor. We make lots of soup here, as well. A container of broth is also one of my personal favorite quick lunches: broth with a few veggies or beans, some extra protein (usually sprouted tofu or chicken), some rice noodles and hot sauce = a quick hot lunch!

Tammy says …

I use chicken and veggie broth all the time! Soups and sauces; my husband is lactose intolerant, so I use the broth instead of milk when I cook. I also use it to cook rice, farro, barley for an extra flavor boost. We love to cook!

Veronica says …

With a case of chicken broth, I will be able to make all my dishes more flavorful. I love using chicken broth when I cook rice and quinoa. It adds a depth of flavor. Also, I am a big soup fan, but I am never able to get my homemade chicken broth to taste exactly right. That is why I always use a pre-made base. Last, but not least, I like using chicken broth for all my slow cooker dishes, like a Chicken Divine. If I use water, the end result is a little less flavorful than I want.

Maria says …

I use chicken broth in my asparagus soup. Sauté onion, garlic and asparagus then add chicken broth. Once it is tender I purée in a food processor, return to pot and boil. Add a little salt and pepper and half and half. Sprinkle a little cheese right before serving. Use the vegetable broth when making for my vegetarian friends!
