I use broth for so many things - all of my gluten free grains are cooked in broth, and many of my meat dishes have broth as well. Hmmm, so do soups and stews!

Every recipe I have printed off calls for broth! So I would use it in my chicken main course, and most of the sides.

I use vegetable broth in a lot of vegan recipes, all through fall and winter. For example, I made a slow cooker stew the other day using barley, yellow split peas, onions, diced tomatoes, and diced sweet potatoes with a quart of veggie broth. I've used more broth to thin the stew out when reheated, so I go through broth pretty quickly! It would be great to win a case of vegetable broth.

I always make sure to have a couple boxes of organic chicken broth in my staples pantry. I use it year round for making soups, casseroles, roasts, and rice/ quinoa. At the holidays it's used to baste the turkey, give a little extra flavor to stuffing and gravy, and to make turkey soup from the leftovers to freeze and enjoy through the winter!

First of all, thanks for LOW SODIUM chicken broth! That's really helpful when I use chicken broth to moisten stuffing (instead of butter) when using preseasoned bread crumbs, which usually have plenty enough salt. I also use your broth to augment the turkey broth when I boil the carcass to make turkey soup. I use your broth to cook both fresh and frozen vegetables in - it adds flavor without lots of calories. Your broth works great for mashed potatoes too - lots of flavor, but less fat. Imagine Chicken Broth is also the base I use when steaming brown rice or cooking couscous. The uses are endless. This is a great product :)

Because I care for my 93 year old Aunt who has a very short list of foods that she can and will eat I use organic chicken broth all year long, not just during the holidays - one of her most favorite meals is a bowl of soft orzo cooked in chicken broth. I'm grateful that she actually eats with gusto when I place the bowl of orzo in front of her!! Thanks so much! xo
