I would like to have more low gi meals. Also no sugar and white stuff like flower and rice and so on. Tks it a good plan to do this meal plan. It's great!

Recipe for Slow Cooker Veggie and Chicken pot pie is inaccurate. Under Method, it says add "leafy greens and green beans." The ingredient list does not include green beans. Additionally, it says to add peas and carrots near end to keep them firm. Why would you add green beans at the beginning and then slow cook them for 8 hours. Ick!
