As a devoted Mom I buy all of our groceries here, most of our household products, & when we go out for dinner, we usually come to WF for pizza & salad. My own Mom is far away but my "substitute" local Mom & I love to meet at WF for sushi & wine lunches. The flowers are beautiful, gelato unbeatable, bakery fabulous, & the employees are the best anywhere. My whole family LOVES Whole Foods!

I have really grown more and more of Whole Foods. I absolutely love the fresh fish section! That is typically my first stop when I arrive. Second would be the cheese section - the imported cheeses are amazing and I seem to find a new one to love with each visit. When done browsing and getting those must haves - the check out experience is always enjoyable. The employees are always so friendly and helpful and make shopping trip a pleasant experience! Thanks Whole Foods!

I know one of my favorite things is Luna & Larry's Coconut Bliss coconut milk ice cream. It is a lot creamier than dairy ice cream, and never really gets as hard. It's also alot healthier, and good for people who can't/don't have dairy or say. They have a lot of flavors and it's delicious. I personally think it has more flavor than ice cream. When I need a pick-me-up, this ice cream is definitely a favorite. (When I don't have any I go straight to dark chocolate... who doesn't?)

I was in your store for the first time today and was so impressed with everything. The meat and seafood dept were wonderful. I will be back for sure!

For Mother's Day, I will let my husband and kids make lunch for me. I'd give them my favorite Chicken Marsala recipe and they would purchase the chicken and mushrooms from Whole Foods and let them at it in the kitchen. I'd drop hints that I'd want a surprise dessert that the kids can have any pick from the Whole Foods cakes or chocolate aisle.

Mmmm! Where to start? Seeduction bread, your local organic Milland yyour amazing produce tops my list! Oh and don't forget your truffles too!

I love the Rachel's yogurt! There are some really interesting and unique flavors like the plum honey lavender that taste amazing.

Everything will be there to spend a perfect mother's day in Whole Foods! Have some muffins and cookies from bakery which are amazingly great that cannot be beaten by any other bakeries. Have them with SO NICE PLUS soy milk which is rich in omega 3 and fibre would be also a great idea. In addition, get a Mario's Gelato green tea flavor and share it with your mom! Everyone loves ice cream! After that, get a present from whole body department. You will find a variety of beauty products. Especially for moms who love planting like my mom, getting some tulips would be an awesome idea! Just going to Whole Foods will make all moms happy!!

The best thing about Whole Foods Market is that they cater to EVERYONE! My husband and I don't eat pork, and it's almost impossible to find (good) sausage that not in pork casing. Whole Foods is the only store I know that carries not one, but three different brands, and countless varieties, of pork-free sausage. I could go on and on about the special products I find at Whole Foods (the produce, 365 brand items, Burt's Bees skin care, and don't get me started on the baked goods!), but just knowing that I can find quality food that suits my diet is what keeps me coming back.

My husband and I love shopping at Whole Foods Market. We are big fans of the cheese department. We regularly shop at the one in Winter Park, FL and now the new one in Orlando. We learn more about different cheeses each time we go. We have bought some delicious fish from some of the wonderfully helpful clerks. I am especially fond of all the fruits and veggies that are purchased locally. I would love to see more herbs that are local. We shop at the Annapolis, MD store when visiting family and love the chance to purchase so many locally grown options in the veggies section, especially herbs and the great treat of mushrooms. I would love to see more options in FL. I love the bulk foods also. Any chance of supplying unsweetened organic dried cherries, not the sweetened ones! The food bar in the new Orlando store is FABULOUS! Might have to go for lunch on Mother's Day! Thanks for giving us so many wonderful opportunities to make healthy choices for our bodies and our land!!

My mother (and my father) almost goes to your store on a daily basis to get lunch. She loves the variety selection of healthy food at the store. She also loves the cute design of shopping bags you carry. I love the fact that you carry a lot of pet supplies. Out of all, I love the BioBag. I think your store is the only one carries the BioBag on Oahu. Other than that, I just love to shop your store because I know whatever item I choose is safe to the environment and to my family.

Mother's Day Whole Foods celebration would be cheese, olives, fruit, wild salmon (nobody has fish fresher and more yummy then Whole Foods) and Snickerdoodle cookies (the individual big ones from the bins). The two kids (ages 4 and 11) who do NOT eat adult food (see above) would get the chicken tenders from the takeout section (we would buy a lot so they have leftovers for Monday so mom does NOT have to cook for the picky eaters two days in a row -- that is a real gift). The daughter who is 15 would also get a side of Indian food from the prepared section since that is her food "love" at Whole Foods (got to keep her happy since she helps to babysit the two younger ones sometimes). Steve (the dad) would get to pick a half of papaya (his treat that makes him smile and keeps him healthy so "mom...me" is happy). And Renee (that is me ...the mom) gets to pick a gift from the bath products section (thinking shampoo, bodywash and hair conditioner from Whole Foods 365 store brand -- grapefruit is my favorite scent). Then we would go home and just hang out with great food and kids who are lucky to have the abundance of love in their home and lives.

I love everything at whole's food! My favorites are: 1) apple pie 2) cranberry pecan bread 3) Iggi multiseed bagels 4) Sushi is the best from the best! no one makes it like whole food. 5) Produce and fruits 6) Natural checken 7) smoked salmon 8) Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Roses for Mother's day are my favorites! every year I buy 2 dozen red roses for my Mom, one dozen from me and another dozen from my sister that lives overseas. I just want her to know that both daughters love her the same. Whole foods arrange them in beautiful ribbons! they flowers are fresh and last forever! Whole foods is my favorite store ! go whole!

My son loves Horizon's Vanilla milk in his lunch box so I pick some up on every visit and feel good knowing he's getting something he enjoys that's also good for him. We also stop by after church for coffee and croissants.

I'm a vegetarian on a special diet to combat advanced lyme disease and Whole Foods carries everything I need for nourishing meals. My doctor prescribed diet is free of caffeine, sugar, soy, dairy, gluten, alcohol, and corn. Such a restrictive diet can be difficult to live with, but Whole Foods offers a huge selection of fruits, vegetables, gluten free products, and many other things I can eat and enjoy which makes this diet tolerable.

The Whole Foods selection of cheeses is so dreamy .... and the taste testing is the best ! I also am impressed with your cook book --- no other is needed ! Thanx for being you !!! am

We don't have a Whole Foods near us, but when we go to pick up our son from college, we always stop by the store there. I love the italian soda and we also love the Enjoy Life brand items, especially the cookies. Our youngest son has a few allergies and this brand is safe for him, and also delicious! As for what we'll do on mother's day...I think we'll go to church and then hopefully I'll get a nap in while my husband grills some dinner outside.

My Mom is just finding religion on eating well and staying healthy. Your store has motivated her to start (after 73 years) taking care of herself. God Bless You and thank you for all you do and all you represent. You may not know it, but you are helping me to keep my mother with me on this earth and I love you for that! Thank You Whole Foods!!

My product recommendations for my mom involve any of the yummy fresh breads and cakes made in the WF bakery. I'll be bringing her a cake for mother's day, but I'm not sure which one. I do, however, have it narrowed down to either a berry chantilly cake or something chocolate. Maybe I'll bring her one of each, and a special mild cheese, too!

Annie says …

My product recommendation? A Whole Foods in Spokane with ALL of your products available to us!! We are in need of a large, healthy, all-knowing market in which we can find anything and everything we need without having to drive all over town or ordering it online. I know our market is not quite big enough for all of your goodness, but I'd like to recommend that you re-think this idea. We really COULD keep you in business and you would be welcome in our neighborhood!

Andrea says …

The perfect Mother's Day is a bed & breakfast weekend - at home! Pick up some yummy bakery delights, organic milk, fresh squeezed juice and organic coffee for breakfast. For dinner, get some nice steaks from the meat counter. Pair it with fresh produce to put on the grill and best of all - dad and kids cook!! (And do the dishes!) Heaven!

Whole Foods makes my life easier. How? Jugling work and home can be challenging especially if you like to give your family a home cooked meal. Shopping at Whole Foods allows me to use real ingredients and not worry about all the perservitives and additives. Thank you Whole Foods. My pick for a product that I enjoy on a daily basis is Allegro, organic, Breakfast Blend coffee. Yummy, smooth and just what I need to get my day going. My mom loves it also. This year for mothers day, my mom will get a basket of her favorite treats from Whole Foods including Allegro Breakfast Blend. Mom looks forward to this every year. Happy Mothers Day!!

I love to get the Attune probiotic chocolate bars -- both for me and my kids. They work well as an alternative to yogurt since my kids do not like yogurt or taking supplements. They are one of the few snacks that are really good for you and they taste amazing because they are chocolate -- the kids feel like they're getting a treat. It's the best way to get my children their probiotics and I've been known to throw one in their lunchbox since it travels well.

Not sure how I would get by without my daily trip to WFM. Picking up a tarragon chicken salad sandwich for dinner with blood orange Italian soda is my favorite. I then grab a bag of the 365 charcoal for my husband to make his dinner and have to remember to grab g diapers for the little one. With Whole Foods at our convenience we can all eat healthy.

What I like is that a lot of the 365 brand items are kosher. It is nice to find a store that takes the extra effort to get that. My favorite...I would have to say the produce, oh and the bread. I love being able to buy challah or other baked products that are kosher. (sorry but that is my focus) Their kosher challah is wonderful. That is my favorite thing, plus their fresh produce. That is why I go to Whole Foods! :)

One thing I love about Whole Foods is the bulk bins. As we try and teach the next generations about waste, these bins are a great example of how food can be sold without all the extra packaging. Being green is not only about the food we eat but the way it is made and presented to us as the consumer. Whole foods does a great job at this.

Some beautiful fresh flowers or a plant for Mother's Day will make my day!

Karen says …

Whole foods should have a section of the store for local in-season produce. I know the Austin and Houston stores have this, but the ones up here in Chicago does not. A great item for the store would be the most simple lotion - no fragrance, but doesn't smell gross, not greasy, all-natural, and very gentle for sensitive skin.

Heather Hope says …

I think a good mother's day meal would be to make an avacado salad, grilled some salmon and serve it with asparagus

Liz says …

The 365 organic spices - they are full of flavor and inexpensive.

My mom does not shop for a lot of local fresh goods. So I love to buy her a few from WFM every now and then. We love the 365 Frozen Pizza Crusts (2 in a pack)! They have great fiber and gluten free. So good too! I'll stop by the cheese area, pickup the cafe ready-made marinara sauce, fresh mozarella and basil, and throw in some freshly smoked rotissori chicken from the back. And of course, we always have to grab a couple of cookies from the coffee bar area. There is so much I love there.

Gloria says …

What a love about Whole Foods is the ready made meals: delicious crab cakes, a variety of quesadilla choices, different types of pasta salad options, and the always available salad bar. Nothing like matching a 5 minutes dinner with a delicious bottle of wine from the wine/beer department and a seasonal pie from the bakery. Its a bonus if they have upside down pineapple cake in the store. I also like the 365 brand options that are of a great quality unlike the other generic brands sold at stores.

Stephanie says …

Great food, flowers and exceptionally amazing kitchen staples! Whole Foods is definitely a one stop shop for everything. I personally love the sundried tomato and portobello mushroom salad and the zesty baked meatballs. The 365 raw agave is also great for teas along with baking and for a salty treat I love the santa barbara olives a friend got me hooked on. This is certainly a great place to roam about looking for new products and I love the Whole Foods eco friendly policies!

Whole Foods bakery is my absolute favorite section of the entire store. To be able to pick up fresh wholesome treats any time of day is such a delight. My family's picks are the banana muffins, carrot walnut muffins, lemon loaf, and almond croissants. These go well with many of the teas available at Whole Foods, but my top choice is the Tazo green tea. Thanks Whole Foods!

my favorite thing at whole foods is the yummy vegan chocolate puddies! they are the best! also the chicago diner vegan cakes are to die for!

I would love to give my mom the Gift of Whole Foods, since she has given it to me and my toddler daughter. When it comes to our health, my mom insists on our eating the best and most wholesome meals from -- where else -- Whole Foods. Where to begin? My mom loves to treat herself to Whole Foods products such as Chia for a breakfast treat, Himalania Goji Berry Trail Mix, Foods Alive Maple and Cinnamon Flax Crackers, Gold'n Krackle Cinnamon crackers, Tulsi Tea, Whole Foods Russian Tea Cakes and so many more -- not to leave out she makes all the baby's food with Whole Foods Bulk figs and prunes added to their vegetables and fruits. My mom is making a toddler food product (all organic) and uses all Whole Foods organics products to make it. Her dream is to share this with everyone who wants their children to grow up healthy from the start. She believes in and trusts Whole Foods more than any other store. I would love to give her that Gift of Whole Foods so she can buy for herself instead of always giving to others first. Our home away from home is Whole Foods! Thanks and good luck to everyone entering the contest! Jen

What I like most about Whole Foods is that everything is organic and fresh. I Love how the staff is knowledgable about the products and how friendly they are.

Because my mom is undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer for the next year, this Mother's Day will be different. I will cook for my parents, the menu to be determined closer to the day, because her taste has changed over the course of treatment. Whatever I prepare it will be done with the freshest, best ingredients I can afford.

Leslie Pettit says …

I would love to give my mom a gift basket of Burt's Bees products and some of the great deli salads from WFS. They are all different and very tasty!

Angela Nichols says …

As a mom of three nearing the age of 40, I tend to gravitate towards the organic/natural products and Whole Foods Market has them all! First of all, you can never go wrong with avocados! They are delicious and are a great ingredient for natural facials. They make your skin soft, and it doesn't taste too bad either! A nice companion to the avocados would be the delicious chai tea from the extravagant tea isle! While donning your avocado facial, sip on the relaxing yet rejuvenating tea; the aroma will surely make it a true escape from the daily grind. A light snack, a delicious drink, and a facial any mom can appreciate! Happy Mother's day to all Moms!

I'm always challenged with nutritious, and easy lunches for my 12-year old daughter. The perfect solution? Sushi!! I love that you have ready-to-go, fresh "california rolls", in those cute little boxes. And if I don't find just the right combination on the shelf, it's wonderful that the sushi chefs are there to make it for me. For myself, I am a fan of the 365 unsweetened soy milk, which is about the lowest in calories that I can find anywhere. Finally, the Dr. Hauschka products that you carry are just awesome. I feel totally pampered when I purchase these products that take care of ME! Thanks for being my favorite neighborhood store!

Ash says …

The Whole Foods premade soups are simmering away for hours and feel like home. There are so many varieties; I especially love the ones close to the seafood isle! Nothing screams Mom like a warm comforting bowl of goodness. Yummm!

Deborah says …

I don't know how I could be the mom I want to be without Whole Foods. I love going to the Fair Lakes Whole Foods on weekend mornings for their breakfast buffet and omelet station. It's like being on vacation at a hotel restaurant, and the healthy choices offer favorites for everyone in our family! During the week, we depend on the vanilla and chocolate Hotizon milk boxes for school lunches, and the Icelantic Skyr yogurt-like product as a quick and healthy breakfast. And during allergy season, Singers Saving Grace throat spray, and my neti pot help us cope with seasonal allergies without prescription drugs.

Lauren says …

I LOVE the organic makeup and wholebody selection at Whole Foods! I know I can trust Whole Foods staff to purchase safe products for myself and my family which is really important to me as an Enviromental Scientist and MOM. The Feed 100 Bags Rock- you guys are the best for taking care of your customers and the world while your at it!

I love the Cascade Fresh yogurt! It is sweetened with fruit juice so it is lower in sugar than the yogurt I was buying! I always buy it by the case so I can get the discount too.
