I loved listening to this podcast. I'm coming from www.BeauteNoireBlog.com and would love to win the all natural makeup giftset. :)

I am in the beginning stages of learning and using natural body care products! It really makes sense how what goes on our bodies can be absorbed into them. It amazes that body care items are not regulated like food and medicine are. Companies can get away with so much without consumers even knowing about it! I respect how your company has taken one to two years checking your natural products and their ingredients. Many thanks, Cindi

It is very assuring to know about the extensive process that Whole Foods takes in selecting its products. It is something that hopefully more stores will pick up eventually so that more and more companies think to create products from natural resources that won't harm the health of their customers. Thank you to the-coveted.com for sending me to this podcast!

Wonderfully informative, I heartily endorse Whole Foods and am constantly turning my friends and family onto this customer-driven company. Natural and Organic is not only something for the future, it's for NOW!

Thanks for doing the research for us so we can choose healthy products without the hassle.

Mary D says …

Lots of excellent information, my only regret is that so many of the naturally organic products are too high for my budget. I wish they would lower prices somewhat.

ps Origins is a terrific product line and one that I occasionally splurge on. And anything that is animal safe and cruelty-free gets my thumbs up!

I'm so excited that Whole Foods is coming out with a cosmetics line. I love Whole Foods and I've always been happy with anything I purchase from there, from fish to chips. I can't wait to try their cosmetics if they are as wonderful as everything else in their store, and as good for you. Thank you for caring about us and our health Whole Foods!!! XOXO

Lately i have become more cognizant with what i put on my skin because as was mentioned in the tape your skin absorbs what you put on it, thus it is important to read labels and look for natural ingredients.

Christina says …

Yes, organic products do seem more expensive. =(

This is very informative. Like they said, we care so much about what goes into our body. The same should be true for what we put on the skin. Natural all the way for me

Thank you for doing this -- I was misdiagnosed for 10 yrs by 3 diff't doctors as having eczema, when, in fact, I have an extremely severe contact allergy to formaldehyde. I was appalled to find out it's in so many products and now have no reactions because I avoid those ingredients, but I think those preservatives shouldn't be allowed in toiletries...

before, im not into checking ingredients/contents of makeups, and other cosmetics.. now i'll be checking the back labels.. for any chemicals that may harm my skin.. thanks to this very informative podcast.. i'll be sharing this to my coworkers and relatives.. before, i've heard about "Sunsilk Shampoo" containing formaldehyde, (buhay ka pa -- naglalagay ka na ng formalin sa katawan) then after doing some ingredients checking, oh my! (meron ngang formaldehyde) then they changed the cover of the product, yah.. the price is low and competitive, but i won't risk the health of my family.. this is a big help.. thanks for the info

Betty C says …

We often forget that our skin is the largest organ belonging to our bodies and 60% of what goes ON our skin goes IN our bodies... thanks for the timely information and I'm glad I listened. No more toxic chemicals for ME

Aisling says …

We're all paying more attention to what we put in our bodies, so it only makes sense to also note what we're putting on our bodies. Nature's Gate makes some excellent products and I'm in the process of switching over to natural.
