Very informative! But I do wish they explained more about skin quality AFTER using mineral makeup and I never knew there was formaldehyde in my makeup wow.

Also, as a sidenote-I know that the podcast dealt more with the health skincare effects of makeup rather than the application, but I was wondering if the mineral makeup companies are going to start rpoducing stuff for darker skinned individuals? I've looked high and low and tried many brands but still have a hard time finding stuff to match my red/brown skintone.

When we take so much care to exercise, eat healthy foods, and live healthier lifestyles, it only makes sense to put products that are considered natural, safe and healthy on our skin.

That was such an eye opening and very informative podcast! I applaud Whole Foods for providing such educational tools for consumers so they can learn and educate themselves on what is safe and healthy for themselves and their loved ones and the dangers in some products that we think are completely safe and healthy for us that in reality are not. In the past 4 months I have been passionately on a mission to green up my act and as I am finishing up with products that are traditional, I am replacing them with natural and organic products. I am talking everything from household cleaning products to healthy and beauty products. One area I have not concentrated on is my own cosmetics, and I would love, love to try this amazing Mineral Fusion Spring Blossom Makeup Kit!! It will give me the motivation to throw out all my traditional makeup and start me on a fresh path to using all natural makeup and take me one step further on my journey to greening up my act! Thanks so much for the chance to enter.

That was really interesting, I have very sensitive skin and definitely don't pay enough attention to what I'm putting on it.

This was very informative and it's nice to know of some ingredients to look out for that are harmful. I'm new to the all natural world and will definitely be checking out this line for body care.

Definitely have to say things to http://the-coveted.com for sending me over here. Its great to find new products that are good to us and the environment. But to have that "don't worry about reading the label" factor knowing what's in the product is a plus!

I am always searching for natural cosmetics because the companies are so few and small that color assortments can be lacking. Its great to see some publicity!

I've really been trying to become healthier - food, working out, and so on. I really didn't think about how artificial make up products are, looking at the ingredients, and so on. This interview was really helpful and I'm going to use this insight in my further shopping.

As a previous poster mentioned, sometimes it seems that the more products we use on our skin to look younger, the more damage we do. I applaud Whole Foods and will continue to patronize my local store to find the safest products and foods available for myself and my family.

I have been hearing more and more about chemicals entering the skin from cosmetics. I have purchased alot of mineral makeup over the last few years because I love the eyeshadows and blush, but now I am realizing that I also should choose them because they are safer.

This is very informative. Like they said, we care so much about what goes into our body. The same should be true for what we put on the skin. Natural all the way for me
