I love homemade granola (nuts and seeds + cinnamon and nutmeg rolled in maple syrup and baked until golden) plain or with coconut milk (from so delicious) and berries for a snack. Also really love just fresh fruit like apples and cherries to take to class. Other snacks I like are spicy lentil pate with corn chips, tuna salad on cucumber slices etc.

Air-popped popcorn drizzled with a bit of olive oil then sprinkled with sea salt and nutritional yeast. Sometimes I like to add garlic powder and a little cayenne pepper. YUM! And whatever fruit is in season.

I really like to make homemade smoothies for a snack. I will add fresh or frozen berries, pom or wild blueberry juice, almond milk or even Greek yogurt. I use honey/agave nectar for sweetness and I might add liquid fruit/veg concentrates or ground flax seeds. I also like whole wheat crackers with organic white cheddar cheese slices. Kettle popcorn and pretzels mix is good too.

My favorite snacks include: kefir with homemade granola and goji berries, a slice of ezekiel bread with almond butter, fresh vegetables with hummus, or fresh fruit!

I need help! I feel that our healthy snacks are boring so I could really use this prize! With 2 small kids and being on the go all the time we go for things we can grab quickly as we head out the door. Pouches with squeezable fruit, freeze dried veggies such as green beans, string cheese, Clif KidZ Bars, and toss in a variety of Puffs and yogurt melts for the baby. Mom usually gets water and an energy bar or fruit.

My all-time favorite snack is Greek yogurt. I eat it almost every day. I LOVE it plain but depending on my mood I will add an assortment of fresh or frozen fruit, granola, chopped nuts or a little bit of dark chocolate. I love that I can do so many things with Greek yogurt to keep things interesting. I also love Fage's cherry variety because it reminds me of eating a tart cherry cheesecake, but with only 140 calories! I hope I win, this is a great contest!

I wouldn't survive without almonds, I have them always with me wherever I go. Plus, dark chocolate to satisfy my cravings and for energy boost. And a small individual pack of nut butter, which I can eat by itself or with sliced apples or baby carrots

My favorite healthy snack is granola and frozen berries with a generous helping of soy milk drizzled on top. The soy milk and frozen berry combination instantly turns into an icy, very cold texture and tastes like ice cream. Definitely a healthy and delicious treat on a summer day!

i have a Mediterranean mini feast with sliced cucumber, feta cubes and grape tomatoes that i dip into plain hummus. or i just dice up all the veggies and cheese, add some bell pepper and toss it in a splash of olive oil, s&p and a squeeze from half a lemon to make a salad.

My favorite healthy snack is an old fashioned one: ants on a log. Except sometimes I use dried cranberries or blueberries instead of raisins. And I go back and forth between using cream cheese or peanut butter. These are always a favorite.
