I love kale chips! Spritz with olive oil and toss with seasoning, bake for 12 minutes at 350 F, and they are perfect! They should be crisp but not brown. Yum!

My favorite healthy snack is homemade cheddar popcorn. I pop organic popcorn in a special popcorn pot on top of the stove using just a little olive oil. While the popcorn is still hot, I dump it into a large mixing bowl and sprinkle it with salt and organic cheddar cheese powder (you can buy this online). The cheddar cheese powder is kind of like the stuff they put in boxed macaroni and cheese but tastes much better. I only use a tablespoon or two for a whole batch of popcorn. It's so delicious.

As boring as it may sound, two of my favorite snacks are raw almonds and raw walnuts. Grabbing a handful is quick and helps keep my blood sugar steady.

My favorite healthy snack is so easy because I have two very little kiddos that want to help mommy make their snack. We use celery and peanut butter. It is messy enough for my 22 month old little girl and yummy enough for my 3 year old little boy. I cut and wash the celery to bite size pieces for my for each kiddo. Next is the fun part, scoop the peanut butter into the celery and enjoy. My little guy loves chunky peanut butter on his celery. The cold crunch of celary and the salty sweet taste peanut butter is a fantastic combination.

I have a few: We eat tons of Greek Yogurt with 365 Strawberry Conserves. Today I finally got my 3 year old to eat carrot sticks with hummus, and I like to eat hard boiled eggs.

I make my daughter homemade trail mix. I combine almonds, banana chips, raisins, peanut butter sandwich crackers, and yogurt chips. Sometimes I add in a few chocolate chips, dried cranberries, or honey cereal squares. She loves it!

I love to buy plain greek yogurt, add several drops of vanilla creme liquid stevia, and sprinkle with cinnamon. It's a wonderful dip for apples, bananas, or any other fruit. It can also be topped with granola. It's high in protein, sugar free, and full of wonderful probiotics and fiber!

For my Snack-Happy break, in a container, I crunch up some graham crackers, add my favorite nuts, and cover it with something healthy and creamy like yogurt, cottage cheese, or a frozen treat. Then I add fresh fruit, fruit coctail or a rasberry preserve. (Whip cream, ginger, honey, and citrus are optional flavs that I love to add, too!) To complete it, I sprinkle with a hearty helping of cinnamon. I love making this snack because it looks like a piece of art and because I know the crunchy and smooth textures are sure to please. The cinnamon's aroma is oh so relaxing. "Wholesome and yummy!" :)
