I am a big fan of tahini, but in this recipe there is smth wrong. Tahini itself is a bit bitter, so, when you add some garlic, it becomes a catastrope. Too bitter and hot. I decided to change a little bit, and then I mixed tahini with almond butter and orange juice, plus little bit of salt.

This is a delicious side-dish. Everything I needed was available at my local Whole Foods Market. I will be making this one again and again.
