The video for the above and the printed recipe do not agree. The viseo states roasting time 10-15 mins, the print version states 20-30 mins. Which ine is correct? Thanks

I love the combo of balsamic and mushrooms, and this dish looks great. I make a balsamic mushroom bruschetta http://tiny.cc/za2ud, that is a great starter or app for a meal.

@S McCafferty You're right, there is a bit of difference between the video bake time and the recipe bake time. This is likely due to the differing moisture content and how large/small you dice the mushrooms. We recommend beginning to check the roast on your mushrooms at 20 minutes. If you had washed your mushrooms or gave them a large dice size the roast time will be greater than if you brush them clean and dice them smaller.
