It will be a very special Father's day this year for us. July 21st is also my husband's birthday. So we will celebrate on that day twice with some juicy steak and corn grilled with a cool bottle of champagne. For the kids we will serve grilled vegetables.

We don't have much money, but we love eating right and shopping at Whole Foods Market is part of eating right and not putting all the horrible preservatives and antibiotics and artificial ingredients into our bodies that don't belong there! This gift card would definitely help and would definitely make his day :)

As my dad is a retired butcher, I know he would go ga-ga over all of your fine cuts of beef-especially the grass fed variety. He would also get a bang from your cage free, healthy chickens-quite a difference from how animals were treated in his day!

Andres Mejides says …

Chocolate truffels, rarely in stock at my Whole Foods, would be great to find them.

Felicia says …

My dad would love a great bottle of wine and some crackers and cheese. My hsusband and father of my 2 little ones would LOVE to grill out some fresh yummy steaks topped with mushrooms and onions, on the side--smashed potatoes and fresh green beans. YUM

Maile George says …

My Dad is an extreme chocaholic! So, what will make his Father's day special is a batch of chocolate chip cookies made with a double dose of dark chocolate chunks from Whole Foods. (Follow the toll House recipe but use double the amount of chocolate chips and vanilla).

A family dinner put together by my family. surf and turf sounds good

Carrie says …

My Dad is an organic farmer, so I'd love to treat him to a basket of organic eats he'd enjoy since he works so hard to produce organic crops. He does not live near an organic supermarket like Whole Foods.

Wendy Richesin-Dodd says …

Daddy says, "meat, wine, and cheese".

Michelle Goodman says …

Whole Foods can make my husband's Father's Day special because my husband loves when we are all home for dinner and usually it's steak and salad from Whole Foods, with something yummy from the bakery for dessert!

naomi says …

Dad needs a gelato flavor developed just for him! Something manly, but still gentle.

Michele M. Viali says …

Having one of the varities of coffees plus a scone that Whole Food offers and then sit in then sit in the cafteria and just chit chat.

This is our sons first Fathers Day and he loves Whole Foods and grilling anything. We had an organic vegetable garden when he was growing up but aren't able to do that now. He and his wife are working hard and we are so proud of both of them. We made her feel so special on Mother's Day and would like to do the same for him. Thank You.

We would love to make our (vegan) Father's day special by treating our dad to some delicious salads, grilled tofu, Whole Foods Bakery's Vegan chocolate cake and a cold kombucha to enjoy in the sun! The daddy in this house works so hard to give us what we need, so we want to make this Father's Day is extra special. Thanks for considering us! Whole Foods rocks!!

A big plate of grilled veggies along with some fresh strawberries. Mmm...maybe some pound cake from your bakery area too!

At our house , my girls love to go to Whole Foods and nibble their way through the store. For Father's day, it would be awesome to have them help me chose healthy organic items for a surf and turf bbque thier dad would love. Dad would get his favorite and the girls would learn and love being part of the process!

My dad would love Whole Foods meat, barbecue sauces/condiments, and veggies to grill them up in the backyard. What I love about my dad is that his idea of the perfect Father's Day is just to spend time with his family...A $100 gift card to Whole Foods would be icing on the cake!

My dad died 40 years ago and he was the greatest dad... I would trade 10 years of my life to spend 10 minutes having coffee and one of the luscious desserts at Whole Foods. He loved to eat great food, and a trip through Whole Foods with him, talking about what we enjoy and how great the selections are at Whole Foods, would be my idea of heaven!

Jackie says …

My dad simply wants everyone to care for all things in a healthy mannor. Our planet and all who live in it. Good stewardship is essential!

Jennifer says …

Winning a $100 gift card to Whole Foods would be a great boost for him and give him an excuse to go to Memphis too. He has been working at his job and as a husband and father and loves anytime he can get them all-natural and organic foods. His favorites are all-natural fruit smoothies, chocolate soymilk and grass-fed beef.

Jill says …

My hubby would love to be spoiled - we largely do fish or veggie entrees, so I'm thinking set him up with a cold beer, and a juicy grass-finished steak and some shrimp skewers on the grill (and maybe the kiddos at their grandparents for awhile!) would be a wonderful way for me to show him how much I love him!

JP Anderson says …

After my husband gets back from a good 75 mile bike road with his bike team - my daughters and I will grill up an awesome marinated Whole Foods fresh tuna steak and serve with grilled asparagus and some homemade garlic bread and peach iced tea then push him out to the barn where he can jam on his guitar. We think he'll love it and he definitely deserves it!

Theresa Bergeron says …

Our budget is tight, but a $100 gift card would let us splurge on some really nice steak and some organic fruit and veggies to go with it!

Elisabeth says …

How could it be Father's Day not be synonymous with the grill? My dad loves the grill like most others, and he really enjoys the organic, free range meats that Whole Foods has to offer. But being a dad, he's also a bit stubborn and won't spend the money to treat to himself to the better quality meats on a regular basis. I'd love to get him some great ribs or organic chicken and really make the grill special this year. He's also an ice cream nut, and I'd like to make him some really premium organic homemade ice creams. I usually use Organic Valley milk, and Wholesome Sweeteners fair trade sugar. Add some fresh fruit or Black & Green's dark chocolate and he'll have something to enjoy for more than just Father's Day.

Angelina says …

My dad loves yogurt (especially the Greek kind) and fresh fruits everyday. He is particularly interested in the superfruit antioxidants offered in the supplement section. :)

Angela Decoo says …

I plan on spending quality family time with my husband and children.

Delia Rodriguez says …

i would love to win the gift card for my husband because he loves all the products from whole foods and sometimes we can't always afford to get all the things he loves there. i'm a stay at home mom and he's the only one working. he's an extremely hard -working family man. i feel like we cheat him on father's day a little because if i buy him something its like he payed for it himself!winning the card we can make father's day extremely special for him because he deserves it!

Rachel says …

I would love to get my dad some top quality meats and seasonings for a big bbq dinner.

Kristin Troska says …

My dad grew up on the farm where one does not waste, ever! So after getting married, moving to town, and having 3 kids (one natural, two adopted), he gained weight on that 'don't waste' food philosophy. I remember him always finishing his supper and then ours too...don't waste. Finally, he realised he needed to start eating right and lose that extra weight. It would be fun to surprise him with a bunch of healthy products from Whole Foods Market this year for Father's Day. He is a wonderful father and deserves a 'treat'!

Sean says …

Dad could buy his favorite quality food from Whole Foods, rather than take-out.

J Whetsell says …

For my Dad, getting to go to Whole Foods is a treat within itself. My Dad lives in a rural part of Ohio and our closest WF is located over an hour drive's away. We make a day of it by planning a special recipe to cook together, and lingering thru the aisles investigating and sampling new food items as well as grabbing what we need. We then take a lunch break by selecting food from the prep areas or bistro, and savor more WF flavors unique to the Columbus store. Winning a Gift Card would make the trip memorable as my Dad could select a few extra chunks of cheese...he loves the cheese area, and it is a true indulgence for him. It would simply cap off a beautiful Dad/Daughter cooking/sampling/shopping day that we have planned.

Sabina Strochlic says …

He would love some tasty, tangy cheese and, mayhap, a nice port to go along with it. And he's more ursine, than human, in his love for salmon. Thanks, Sabina

My husband Bill will just be home from rehab after a hip replacement -he loves to Grill your blue cheese hamberger paties (thinks your buns are great too!)So now that he can stand up this gift card would be a great homecoming present

Winning a $100 gift card would definitely help my Father’s Day special!

Elizabeth says …

The present I think my Dad would love the most is a gift-basket of hand-picked soaps, shampoos, from Alba Organics- he has tried many products in the past (organic and not organic)-- and he truly loves these but hates to indluge because he finds them so expensive!

My kids would want to buy Daddy organic watermelon and cantaloupe! Those are his favorites.

My dad loves your homemade granola and your giant cornnuts. I would get him a big reuseable gift bag full of those two items. He would be so excited to get it. He also just tried tripel Karmeliet beer at whole foods for the first time and loved it. So, I would probably fill one of the great Sheryl Crow bags with cornnuts, homemade granola and tripel karmeliet and call it a day. He would just love it!

Yulie says …

SEAFOOOOOD. my dad loves it, but living in kansas, there is little to no chance to get great seafood outside of wholefoods around here. although it's a little pricey, a bit of a splurge for dad is well worth it.

Caroline B says …

My husband would like to see me work less making healthy meals, so I think having some healthy readymade prepared foods would be a treat for all of us and allow us to have more time together with the family.

The daddy in our house is doing a triathlon this year and I've been trying get him to get him to kick the icky sports drink habit. Plus he's diabetic and really needs to keep his blood sugar at a healthy level. I recently learned that the coconut juice drinks that we can only find at Whole Foods are a great electrolyte replacement without sending your blood sugar sky rocketing. I'd like to get him a 3 month supply so he can train for and complete his September triathlon! Thanks, Whole Foods!

My husband is a father of 3 grown children, who do their own thing on fathers' day. And he is a disabled veteran of the navy. I am also disabled. Which means we have very little money, our checks are tiny. If he could win this I or he would be able to make his fathers' day happier. He also has his birthday on the 18th. So it would really be Fathers' Day / Birthday present. We were homeless up until a few years ago. So this would make him very happy. Please pick my husband so I can do something nice for him. Thanking you for reading this, even if you don't pick him. I hope whoever gets it will appreciate the way he would.

Vickie says …

This is Vickie again, my husbands' name is Johnny. I lost my dad when i was 10 on X-mas day. His dad just turned 99, and this would allow us to do something nice for him also. His dads' name is Goerge Jones (definately not the singer, lol) Thank you.

My dad is unemployed for a couple of weeks now. So he probably won't have a Happy Father's Day this year. Maybe this will help make a happier Father's Day!

Ana says …

My husband loves to shop at Whole Foods. My 2 year old likes going with him on the weekends so she can see the fish and taste all the samples (plus the free fruit strip).

My guy LOVES to BBQ and nothing fits that bill better than free-range steaks from Whole Foods! Cooking out with the kids and a warm Father's Day..does it get any better? We love your store!

Leann says …

I would love to come in a buy a cooked steak that I could bring to my dad & pretend I made it!!
