Good food like wine and cheese, and some fresh kabobs make a great meal for this dad.

Patton Sarno says …

Some great steaks would really be good. Some beer and some of your prepared food sounds great. The rest to buy a great cake.I really need that gift card.I am broke

barbara wright says …

Have a little Father's Day area in your store to make it easier for us poor gift-giving-impaired people! Give me a choice of about 20 things and I MIGHT be able to find 1 or 2 he might actually like.

Kristin says …

What would make my dad hop would be anything he could throw on the grill. My dad is Grill master. He comes up with new rubs and marinades all the time. From pulled pork to roaster veggies, even throwing pizzas on the grill. We never go hungry when dads cooking. So getting a gift card to Whole Foods would help my dad come up with more great grilling sensations!

Steve Porter says …

My Dad doesn't care for splashy things, for example, frozen pizza is fine. However, when we made our home made pizza he hasn't stopped asking about it. We haven't made it for about a year and he is due for it. Whole Foods could provide the pizza crust/dough, pizza sauce, red onions, spicy Italian sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, feta cheese, and topped with tomato slices. Finally we would need an ice cold amber beer to wash it down.

Wendy S says …

Our Father's Day would be great if Whole Foods would put together a picnic sack lunch that we could just grab and go. Sandwiches, fruit, chips, a drink... cookies or brownies... Then we could take our healthy, balanced and nutritious meal to the beach, or park, or zoo, or anywhere fun!

My dad is so special to me. Jay loves Whole Foods and all of the meats and fresh seafood they have to offer. He is a huge barbequer and this card would be used towards yummy sauces and meats for days!! Jay is a one-of-a-kind guy and this simple, yet great offer would make his (and my) day. :)

Marcus says …

How about some "ready to go" barbeque/grilling kits with different themes, suitable for different numbers of diners and at different price points. Something like a Latin Style baby back ribs kit (meat, sides, beer or wine pairings), a steak and potatoes kit a Seafood kit--each one would include the protein, sides, beverage pairing and instructions (maybe with optional spices and basic ingredients in case they already have) and could be offered at a special price, scaling up and down for different size families?

Shravani says …

My dad loves to barbeque, and Whole Foods is great for that. He also loves to eat fruit especially pears! Thanks Whole Foods for doing a great job at feeding the whole fam.

Winning a $100.00 gift card from Whole Foods would be amazing! Lately with cutbacks on spending, my family hasn't had the opportunity to buy too much great foods at Whole Foods. It would be the ideal place to buy products, since my father has been watching his health after a heart-attack scare. In general, as a whole, our family loves eating organic, healthy, whole foods:) This card would enable us to stock up on some things and enjoy a great meal (maybe even a barbecue)for Father's Day (which is also 2 days after my sister's arrival from her studies abroad). I can't express how great it would be to win this prize:)

My husband would LOVE his special day to be filled with delicious red meat. I don't often serve this to the family so this would just make his day. . .a tasty steak makes him happy especially when shared with his favorite people, his wife and 2 year old son!

Grant McWilliams says …

I'm a dad of 3 and I really like whole foods. I'd like it even more if it were affordable! Although a $100 shopping spree would allow me to buy about 10 bottles of Pelagrini Marsala.

sherry pincus says …

Love the fresh meats and produce at whole foods. I will make pop the chicken sausage and peppers over spaghetti.

L says …

My husband is the father of two small children, so what he would probably most appreciate is sleep... but after a nap, some Whole Foods organic chocolate truffles would really make his Father's Day.

Sara says …

I would cook my husband his favorite foods: steak, crab legs, asparagus. For dessert, he loves the bakery cupcakes! It would be really nice to be able to splurge and not worry about the cost! The economy has forced me to watch every penny I spend; luckily WF has some great sales!

Myra says …

We just recently found out about your stores. My husband has been thrilled with the meat choices and the quality. So far the Cowboy Burgers and the Chicken Satay have been his favorites. We have to travel about 100 miles to the closest store. We'd like to introduce our family to what you have to offer, but we are both on limited incomes and do well to provide for ourselves. My husband,Ronald has been a wonderful step-father to my daughter and the best Pepaw to our grandchildren. I think he deserves the chance to have a family gathering on Fathers Day and provide the best food available to his family.

CMC says …

A gift card would enable us to have a really nice bbq and bring the whole family together for Father's Day. That would be the best gift of all for my dad - having good food and everyone around him on his special day.

BEVERLI TURNER says …

MY WIFE ALWAYS BUYS SUCH HEALTH FOODS FROM YOU AND HAVE A HARD TIME WITH THE RECIPES PLEASE CONVINCE ME HOW HEALTHY IT IS FOR ME PLEASE!!

Auburn Johnson says …

I suggest a free cup of coffee for any Dad at Whole Foods on that special day. Also, there could be a 10% discount on their purchase that day at Whole Foods. That would encourage them to bring the family to Whole Foods for his special dinner!!

Diane V. says …

My husband loves just about anything from the bakery!

L.J. says …

What would make the Pop in my house Hop? To start...An organic breakfast, eggs with asparagus and your Black Forest Bacon that he loves with yogurt and fresh fruit compote. For dinner a barbeque with your Sirloins or Porterhouse, dry aged of course; he's says they are the best he's ever had from a market...I agree. Dessert would be your Lemon/Almond Pie (fantastic) and fresh stuffed Cannoli's. And to really make his eyes pop; I'd have to make a Lump Crab appetizer. He'll feel pampered and like a King.

Noel von Dallwitz says …

Chocolate! Need I say more...

Maureen D says …

My husband would certainly not have a hard time finding himself lots of treasures at Whole Foods if given the opportunity. He loves coffee, and trying out new brands. He loves cheeses, nuts, chocolate...and he loves manly smelling stuff such as shave lotion, after shave lotion, lip balm, protein powder for after perfoming manly activitiies, such as cycling all morning long.

pat says …

this would be a great gift for dad/husband to find out what organic food is and how good it really is. Happy Fathers Day thanks

Ron Gordon says …

I love smoked BBQ. The Whole Foods by us has a smoker in the parking lot. UMMMM RIBBBSSS ughhhhh. I would even invite Homer Simpson over for fathers day.

Mary Gehrke says …

Dad will love a barbeque using Whole Foods 365 Brand briquettes and the freshest meats and/or seafood from the friendly service counter. You could try incredible homemade burgers using top sirloin and chuck, specially ground and serve with refreshing margaritas made with fresh lime juice, try Santa Cruz brand (our favorite) available at Whole Foods (if you don't feel like juicing), Agave Syrup (also available at Whole Foods) and your favorite Tequila. Relax (be in the moment) and enjoy quality time with Dad!

Ellis Johnson says …

I want my dad to go to Whole Foods this Father's Day so he can begin to eat healthy again. I want him to live for a long time paly with me and be a happy and joyful being!

Nancy says …

Our boys could make dad a breakfast fit for a king, including mimosas with fresh squeezed orange juice, free range eggs, real maple syrup glazed nitrate free) bacon, whole grain toast, organic butter and fresh strawberry jam.

Jake Iller says …

My dad would like some organic wine to match my whine when he asks me to clean my room! Rock on!

Michael says …

Our Daily Red Wine will be the number one gift for my dad this fathers day, he loves it!

Kat says …

have special discounts on good items for dad's health, like lycopene-rich produce and cholesterol-reducing fish and flax products- to keep dad around longer :-)

Geri says …

Salmon on the grill, cheese, fresh veggies, some great bread, and top it with some fresh fruit. That would put him over the top on Father's Day. He loves especially to "graze" and find new products.

Janey says …

My Dad's been ill for a long time. A trip to Whole Foods store would be a fun vacation. Doctor has given the thumbs up for a little trip. Thanks, Janey

James Capelle says …

What I would like for Father's day are three long phone calls( 3 kids + 4 G.Kids) What would be cool and different for the store to do on Father's Day is to have Beer sampling instead of wine or cheese. Something that is aimed at the men (mostly). Just my thought. Jim C.

maybelles mom says …

Hard to say--planning to buy your farm-raised catfish (on sale) and the mac and cheese pizza for him.

Lisa Bohannon says …

I will be shopping at Whole Foods for fathers day for your excellent house sour dough bread, fresh baby vegies and prefect seafood. All of this will be grilled at home for our family of five food lovers.

Linda Maynard says …

Although I lost my dad sudddenly, my father in-law is my second dad, and a cancer survivor, so he needs the special treatment as well. He can be a picky eater so I know I can find what he likes at the salad and hot bar. And because he jokes around with me about eating tofu, I know I can find some products that would totally suprise him that were tofu and NOT meat! Anyway, here's to all the fathers!

Kelly McConnell says …

The dad in house loves to grill, so anything "grillable" that's on sale would be the best for us. We'd use the gift card to buy meat/chicken and charcoal.

Suzy davis woods says …

Cooking is not my thing but all you have to offer in your reddy made case tequilla chicken twice baked potatoes yum. Love it all

mgd says …

You should offer some sort of baking class geared towards mother's and children. That way you are getting them out of the house and helping them to give dad what they really want, a little alone time, and a cake to follow it up!

Marissa Hockenberry says …

I'm giving my Dad a Facial Shave...you know, those old-timey ones where they use hot soap & a straight edge! He's never had one so I'm surprising him w/ it...he did say it sounded interesting...maybe I should also post his feedback! :)

Sheila Kalajdzic says …

What products would make Father's Day over-the-top for my Dad? He would definitely love a fruit tree and some tomato and basil plants. He really enjoys landscaping and gardening, not to mention yummy fruits and veggies, and a gift like this would be just perfect! Dad also enjoys grilling out, and he would love some rib-eye steaks from your meat department, and your produce department has all his favorite fixins to accompany those juicy steaks...corn-on-the-cob, and grilled veggie kabobs that include portobello mushrooms, zucchini, Vadalia onions, and bell peppers of every color! To top everything off would be his favorite dessert on a hot summer day...a juicy red watermelon, chilled and ready to dig into! You guys definitely have everything I need to make Father's Day a memorable one for my dad! :)

Jane says …

It will make my father very pleased to be able to buy the all natural foods he loves. I know this would be a well invested gift for it would be spent wisely. :D

Jean F says …

This is the first Father's Day my dad will not be with us. In his honor, I will toast him with red wine and green tea which he drank daily for his health. He enjoyed winning prizes and shopping at Whole Foods, so this one's for you, Dad.

I'm studying for the bar right now, so my husband is saddled with a lot of extra duties. He doesn't really cook outside of a box, so the following ideas are awesome: * Prep Foods. Anything here, from the sushi to the salads. * Ready to eat. He loves the pizza bar and sandwiches * Specialty. He's addicted to cheese and olives, and his baby girl shares the addiction. How often do you see daddy/daughter popping garlic stuffed olives and Red Dragon cheese? * Produce. Love the precut stuff. Makes it easy for him to just pop it in the steamer or on the grill. * Grocery. Like I said, he cooks out of a box! * Frozen. The 365 vegan meatballs and accompanying vegan swedish recipe is amazing. Thanks for being an awesome place to shop!

Hi, my husband raised his daughter all by himself from birth on as a single dad. nothing would make him happier than winning a gift card, as his daughter now lives in san francisco. when we were out there for a visit, we went to Whole Foods, bought everything to make a pot of chicken matzo ball soup as everyone was under the weather. Whole Foods is part of our lives in so many ways. Its like NPR, public radio, you connect to it wherever you are, and you are at home. Please help make a good guy happy, its been a rough year, as it has for so many. thanks we shop locally at our Greenville store, its beautiful
