One of my favorites is the Spinach and Feta Turkey Burger. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Spinach-and-Feta-Turkey-Burgers/Detail.aspx Not sure where I found the original recipe, but this one is close. I add oats soaked in milk to the turkey which gives the ground turkey an unbelievably soft texture, more like a good burger should be. To top the burger, Tzatziki sauce is just delicious.

I am going to try the turkey burger with pineapple-cucumber relish. My partner tries to avoid red meat, turkey burgers seem like a good alternative for summer cooking.

Do you have a recipe for a vegan egg-foo-young style veggie burger? I want to make my own veggie burger from scratch. Help! Thanks.

I make turkey burgers that are delicious and stay moist. 1 LB Ground turkey 1/4 LB or so of feta cheese, crumbled but not too small 2 1/2 tsp greek oregano 12 or so kalamata olives cut in large pieces (best to cut into quarters lengthwise) Mix all ingredients together -do not over mix or the meat will become too dense and dry out when cooking. Heat Grill for at least 10 minutes - I have a gas grill, not sure how long a charcoal grill would take to heat up. Form mix into 4 equal size burgers and spray lightly with cooking spray on each side to prevent them from sticking to the grill. Sprinkle with a bit more oregano Grill for 4 minutes on one side, flip once and grill for about 4 additional minutes or until done

I confess an addiction to salmon burgers with lemon and dill that I pick up from WF's seafood counter. I usually top them with homemade tartar sauce (mayo, chopped dill pickle and capers, grated onion, and lemon juice). They're great with or without a bun. Or in a pita stuffed with baby greens and tzadziki. They're also yummy crumbled over a Greek-style salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice. I think I know what I'm having for dinner tonight!

I picked up a Blue Cheese Burger at Whole Foods tonight from the meat case. It really is the best burger I have ever tasted (pre made from meat case). Will return to store for more!
