This is going to sound possibly silly and is quite embarrassing, but I need to ask. Is it possible, for someone like myself, who has no lower teeth (the embarrassing part) , to eat a whole foods diet ? I have trouble chewing most raw vegetables. Thanks for your time.

@DIANE - You can absolutely make this happen! We have tons of recipes on our website that you can search for ideas: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes. I would suggest looking for most soft options: soups, smoothies or different beans/legumes that could be mashed up. Best of luck...you can do it!
