Do you carry Bobs Red Mill Whey Protein Concentrate I have been using this awhile and it has bitter or other bad taste...mix in milk usually but its great in blender with many juices. Also what is difference to our body between whey and soy and hemp protein? Thanks Barry Solomon, R.Ph M.Ed

I look forward to this new year to do more experimenting with new gluten free recipes and creative ways to eating healthier. I would like to add more vegan choices to my meals. I drive two hours one way to get to a whole food market store and it's totally worth it!!! Thank you for a chance to enter:)

Now that the "nest" is empty, we can incorporate more whole grains, salads and vegetables into our diet instead of serving so many carbs and comfort foods that are high in fats and carbs, which is what our son used to like. I like the fact that Whole Foods shares recipes in their newsletter that use many non-traditional grains and vegatables. I also like the fact that they post comments from people who have actually tried the recipies.

Well I have come to the conclusion that I must get serious about incorporating more greens, grains and veggies, in exchange for processed sugary or fatty junk. Don't want to make the radical change of taking prescriptions because of poor eating habits.

I have recently cut out white sugar and white flour from my diet and have been eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I hope to try different fresh produce in 2011 and eliminate additives. I feel better already in one month and I lost 11 pounds.I learned about your market from Robin Svoboda's on TV. I also want to help my grandchildren find healthy ways of eating-can't wait to shop at Whole Foods.
