While my husband eats a peanut butter sandwich every morning for breakfast, my favorite ways to enjoy it are on an english muffin, toasted with a dollop of jelly in the middle, on a cinnamon graham cracker or on a spoon, sans everything. I heart PB.

My best friend has a very demanding job. When he has a exceeding bad week, I like to make him peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate or peanut butter cookies with a chocolate candy melted on top. If I had a whole case of peanut butter, I could make him cookies whenever I wanted, and not just to help him feel better after a long week.

I heart peanut butter more than anything. I buy the 365 Organic in the BIG JAR! Here is how I eat my peanut butter: In my morning oats with banana and cocoa powder. By the spoonful on a banana on an apple pasta as a marinade for tempeh in brownies in ice cream on anything!

that kid ate peanut butter for ONLY ONE year? i've been living on peanut butter for 10 (or more) years now. sounds strange, but i'm not a 'foodie' - i don't like anything. i live on peanut butter, bread (whole grain or wheat) fruit, dairy... and coffee. i also don't eat sugary products or products containing sugar. (yes, i have a borderline eating disorder - what's it going to do, kill me? when?!? i'm still here) THANK YOU! for the peanut butter coupon

I enjoy peanut on buckwheat pancakes with berries sprinkled on top. the peanut butter helps the berries stick! I also love dipping apple slices in peanut butter, but who doesn't? Thank you for the very generous giveaway. I love reading your blog!

Alright, so let me start by giving you a little background information... I have been a vegetarian since the eighth grade (I am now a Junior in high school), and as I'm sure you can understand, I desperately NEED protein from every possible source. At first it was hard... Any vegetarian from a family not practicing an alternative lifestyle will tell you that... I'd have pasta or canned Progresso minestrone for every meal and gained enough weight to let me know I was doing it all wrong. Living with my single mom, we couldn't really (and still can't) afford enough tofu (or any other alternative proteins geared specifically toward vegetarians), so my mother dug deep into the back of her head to try and remember anything I could eat that would keep me healthy, and my stomach free of meat. And then it hit her: Peanut butter. Every day since then I have had some variation of PB&J for lunch, replacing jelly with bananas, butter, cream cheese, apple butter, lemon curd - you name it, I've tried it. Now, when you eat THAT MUCH peanut butter, you're bound to get a little bored with just having it on sandwiches... So I turned my attention towards the culinary world. For once, my ancestral Jewish recipe box help no answers, and I had to look to the internet. I could never have imagined some of the things people do with the stuff! cookies, and pies - of course... But I never would have thought of casseroles, pet foods, and facial cleansers! George Washington Carver, King of creative peanut use himself, even went as far as to suggest farmers use peanuts to produce adhesives, meat tenderizers, massage oils, and hair dressings! While I personally think I would keep my peanut use to oral consumption, I've found that knowing it can do all of those things has inspired me to stop searching for what other people have tried and start coming up with my own uses. While I've come up with nothing so inventive yet, I've managed to use it in ways that have gained my a few odd looks... One might consider using melted peanut butter in place of other condiments with sweet potato fries, for example. All this business about peanut butter has sparked my family's interest, and now, while I remain the ONLY vegetarian, I've found that they're giving a lot more thought to alternative and healthy dietary choices. And that's all I really want - to bring good health to my family. And if a case of peanut butter is too overwhelming for my family... I guess I'll just have an even higher protein diet!

Since my son is allergic to dairy proteins, we love the fats that peanut butter can provide, and he adores it daily. A case of peanut butter would go quickly around here - from sandwiches to cookies, alone on a spoon to eating it on a banana.

I've always loved peanut butter, it sustained me in college as the perfect around the clock snack or meal. I grew up on peanut butter sandwiches, and still use it in cooking. This past year I realized how wonderful peanut butter was when I began working with hungry children, for many their families cannot afford regular meals. Thankful there are programs like free breakfasts and lunches at school and after school programs which serve dinner. These programs even provide weekend backpacks of food! In the backpacks are jars of peanut butter, to a child who worries about where their next meal will come from and who worries about their family members not having food, to be able to take a jar of peanut butter and other food items home to share is pure magic! This summer the backpack program I am involved with hopes to provide 50,000 units of peanut butter + other food items to children across the New Mexico! So for me, I would share a case of Peanut butter with others!

What a timely post lol. I just posted a picture on facebook a couple nights ago of my boyfriend showing me the 'proper' way to put peanut butter on celery. I like cutting the celery in chunks and then dipping right in to the jar. He, on the other hand, believes in spreading the peanut butter out on an entire piece! While I do enjoy peanut butter on celery (and apples, that's my favorite late night snack) you just can't go wrong with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich - brings back memories of being 6!

If we won we would say Yum, Yum, Yum. There are four in our household ranging from 6 to 17 to 46 and we all love peanut butter. We eat it on sandwichs, celery, crackers, and spoons. We put it in cookies, mix it with pickles, marshmallow, bananas, you name we like. My son used to hoard jars under the sofa and his bed along with a spoon for emergencies when he was younger. He has outgrown that, thank goodness. If we won this he could rest easy knowing we would never run out of peanut butter-LOL. I would also share with my neighbors and the local food shelters. That is something I already do to show my kiddos the great feeling of helping others.

I love peanut butter with everything. I love peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches. Or skip the bread altogether and spread the peanut butter right on a big slice of dill pickle. So satisfying! And no I'm not pregnant.

I love to use peanut butter in peanut butter cookies!! I love to use peanut butter in my cooking when I get the chance, just as much as I like using it in my baking. :) I eat peanut butter, honey and banana sandwiches too!!! So good!! (Chocolate added to the sandwich gives it a different taste too!) There are so many yummy ways to eat peanut butter!! When I was pregnant,at first I couldn't stand the smell of peanut butter..and later that was a lot of what I ended up eating to get my protein..(since I had high blood pressure issues). We went through a lot of peanut butter. :) My husband and son enjoy peanut butter too! If we got a whole case, I think we'd share some with some people who could really use it..and I'd make a bunch of peanut butter cookies. (No worries about using up all the peanut butter on cookies!) I like creamy style and my husband likes the crunchy style! I can eat peanut butter and not worry about the salt content !! So nice... It's hard to eat a no-salt,low salt diet! ;)

Well, my husband and my 1st grader both eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day for lunch. So, we go through quite a bit of it. Also, one of my favorite treats to make is my peanut butter custard bars... mmmm. If I had a case of peanut butter, I would make a whole lot of different things with it. Definitely including some ideas I read in the comments below and those PB&J pancakes you suggested!!!

I LOVE peanut butter!! I eat it as a quickie in between classes just off a spoon. I only have a ten minute break, and they don't like it when the teacher is late :)
