I love to make chicken fajitas on the grill. Marinate chicken strips with fresh cilantro and a little lime juice. Add fresh vegetables (onion, red pepper, squash, zucchini). Awesome - served with Whole Foods fresh guacamole!

Grilling sliced pineapple after brushing it with olive oil. Once it comes off the grill, dust it with cinnamon and a pinch of chunky salt (kosher or sea salt is great). OR...after it cools, chop it up for salsa or salads. So sweet, so summer, so good!

Hi, so my fiance is King of the Grill at our house and just about any BBQ we go to, they see him coming and its just known that "hey move over for the grill king! :) My favorite thing in the world to eat is grill food, be it a nice juicy chargrilled buffalo burger, a perfectly seasoned succulent steak grilled medium rare with tasty grilled sweet potatoes or a dripping juicy pork apple spice sausage wrap! Oh and we make a grand time of it too, with friends, summer cocktails, s'mores, songs, and rock n' roll tunes! Oh what a time we'd make out of this basket of goodies!! lucy!!

We had a grill-off with our friends last summer and are making it a tradition... the guys compete in poultry, meat, veggies and dessert, we ladies create all the side dishes together (no competition with us!). My husband won the trophy last year, and we'd like to keep that part of the tradition, too. ;)

I'm going to make summer sizzle on the combo grill-smoker my son put together for me last Sunday as a belated Mother's Day gift: grilled fresh, wild-caught salmon, with lemon juice, lemon-pepper, soy sauce and covered with mayonnaise; bamboo spears with chunks of organic sweet onions, zucchini, squash, mushrooms; chicken breast and legs marinated in Italian dressing, sprinkled iwth lemon-pepper, then hickory smoked, and grilled French toast using croissants! My mouth is watering already. :)

The smell of hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill reminds me of my childhood. As an adult I have added veggies on the grill and pineapple-it's the bomb!

We have so much fun out at the grill. We take care of the local feral cat colony. We can't pet them, but they do trust us enough not to run when we come outside. It is so funny to see their little noses sniff like crazy when the grilling starts. And it's nice to have a little fuzzy audience to keep you company!

Kabobs are the way to make grilling easy

hmmm...make summer sizzle on the grill? Last night, it was salmon burgers with grilled pineapple. We grill (in Maryland) all year round, and have found a way to cook almost anything on the grill - bacon is great - gets really crispy, fat drips off, and the house doesn't smell like bacon grease!

Thanks for some other wonderful article. Where else may just anyone get that kind of info in such an ideal method of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I'm on the look for such info.

I have been unable to find your 365 Caribbean Barbecue Seasoning at our nearby Whole Foods market. Is it still available or has it been discontinued?

Nikki - Community Moderator says …

@ALVIN - It has not be discontinued. The Meat department at your local store should be able to order this for you so check with them to see if they can get more in stock!
