Rewards, Digital Coupons and Online Accounts FAQ

Thanks for participating in our Rewards Pilot Program and Digital Coupons through our mobile app. Starting May 2, 2018, we’re retiring the Rewards Pilot Program, Digital Coupons within our mobile app and website, as well as in-store loyalty programs such as Whole Body Benefits.

Rewards:

Q: What’s happening to the Rewards Pilot Program?

A: We appreciate our customers for participating in this pilot program with us, but we’re retiring this program so we can get to work on new perks! Stay tuned for additional announcements for Amazon Prime members.

Q: Can I still use my Rewards?

A: Any rewards must be redeemed by May 1, 2018. Rewards are not redeemable after that date.

Q: What happens to my Rewards account?

A: All Rewards membership accounts will be retired and will no longer be active as of May 2, 2018. Any account benefits, including membership and/or unused rewards, will not roll into any future programs.

Digital Coupons:

Q: What’s happening to Digital Coupons?

A: You can use your digital coupons through May 1, 2018. Beginning May 2, 2018, our digital coupons will be officially retired and all digital coupons will be inactive.

Q: What’s happening to the Whole Foods Market app?

A: Beginning May 2, 2018, our digital coupons will be officially retired and all digital coupons will be inactive. Store info, including store address, hours, phone number, events and local sales will still be available in the mobile app. Stay tuned for additional announcements for Amazon Prime members.

Q: Can I still use manufacturer’s coupons in the store?

A: Absolutely! We will continue to accept manufacturer’s coupons in all of our stores.

Online Accounts:

Q: What’s happening to my Whole Foods Market online account?

A: Beginning May 2, 2018, we’re retiring all Whole Foods Market online accounts while we work on more perks for our customers. You may still use your current online account through May 1, 2018.

Q: What about my Recipe Box and Shopping Lists?

A: You’ll have access to your Recipe Box and/or Shopping List, which can be downloaded as PDFs through May 1, 2018. Beginning May 2, 2018, your Recipe Box and/or Shopping List will no longer be available, but you can continue to browse, download and print recipes through our website — you just won’t be able to save them to your account.
