Interactive Data

eXtensible Business Reporting Language ("XBRL"), or interactive data, is an XML-based language used for the electronic transmission of financial data. The various XBRL exhibits included on this page have been included to provide the option of importing them into an XBRL viewer of your choice.

Please note that users of this data should be aware that while the same financial reporting data is reflected in both the interactive data file and the traditional format financial statement filing, the rendering of the traditional format financial statements may not mirror those of the interactive data financial statements depicted by the selected XBRL viewer. Discrepancies may result from, but are not limited to, specific element attributes, common elements across various financial disclosures, or the use of pre-defined dimensional structures.

Additionally, due to the calculation of time spans within the interactive data file, all durational data is listed in three month increments, e.g. "Three Months Ended" or "Twelve Months Ended", as applicable. However, we report our results of operations on a 52- or 53-week fiscal year ending on the last Sunday in September. Our first quarter consists of 16 weeks, the second and third quarters each are 12 weeks, and the fourth quarter is 12 or 13 weeks.
