Spring Produce Cooking Demo

We’ve braved the cold of winter (well, sort of) and now it’s time to explore bounty of the spring!  Kathleen will be whipping up some delicious plant-based entrees and desserts featuring fresh, seasonal produce. On the menu: raw carrot cupcakes with cashew frosting, lemon quinoa with broccoli and English peas, and lemon asparagus orzo.

Stop on by the Cheese Counter to bit e into a rich array of well-defined flavors and aromatics that raw milk cheeses offer.  We are sampling a variety of raw milk cheeses, which are cheeses made with milk that has not been pasteurized.  They may be firm, oozy, creamy or crumbly and can come in any shape, from wheel to block.  No matter how you slice it, they’re unforgettably delicious!
