Each participant will get to take hometwo hand tied bouquet, and snacks and drinks will be served.  Your $30.00 fee goes to support the Whole Planet Foundation. Parm Crack Under the Big Top

Step right up ladies and gentlemen to the greatest show (and cheese) in Arlington, and witness the incredible strength and cutting skills of Ironman Andy as he attempts to crack open a gigantic wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano in 30 seconds! The show begins promptly at 2 pm, so be sure to arrive early and meet the Magnificent Muscle Trio in their first ever appearance under the big top. Test your own strength and guess the weight of Ironman Andy's parm wheel - the person who comes the closest to the actual weight without going over will win a big time prize.

Giving Grill

Stop by for lunch, and help us help a million more people to change their own lives! For just a $5 donation, receive a beef or veggie burger with chips and a drink. All proceeds will be donated to the Whole Planet Foundation to fund microloans in developing countries where we source product.

The Cracking of the Parm

Witness the greatest show on Earth as our cheese experts crack a 90lb wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano by hand (with traditional tools of the trade). Samples will follow and a 7-course Progressive Tasting Menu will be available for a $5 donation. Who will steal the show – the mightiest of cheeses or the acrobatics of our special performers? You decide!

That’s right, Fish Tacos are back for one month ONLY! Visit our lunchtime taco station in seafood to enjoy delicious tacos for just $2 each!

Wine enthusiasts, this is one you don't want to miss!  Join us for a fantastic Wine Tasting featuring Master Sommelier Raffi Abadjian. Raffi works in Italy to develop new wines for Whole Foods Market. He travels to the U.S. four times a year to conduct wine tastings and education. His philosophy is to help customers buy an inexpensive good wine rather than an expensive bad wine. No registration necessary. Must be 21 to drink.
