Are you craving fresh, peak-season vegetables and fruits? Do you long for the bounty of summertime greenmarkets? Relentless Northeast winters can often mean no pea shoots or young asparagus until early May. For NYC home cooks who try to eat seasonally and locally, the month of March is often a dreary culinary stretch of slim pickings and boring meals. Let us help revive your weeknight dinners with a few simple, creative recipes that are perfect for late winter/early spring, and join us as we discover new ways to appreciate the everyday items in your pantry and fridge.
